This company has been taking $23.95 out of my accounts for months without me knowing! I have all the statements to back this up. When I called them they said they can't do anything to help nor cold provide me with information as to when I signed up for this. Please bring this people to court!! It's not right for them to steal from us like this. Please help us get our money back from these people... Read more

Discovered that I was being charged a monthly charge when I never enrolled in anything. They advised done on line. I know better. Money taken from account that would never have been used. privacy maters 123 charged my account for months, without my permission. i never signed up for their services. I never got my credit score, which is what they said I did . what a rip off.when i called to see what the charge was for , they gladly canceled but would not give me a refund. how can they charge your account for information that i never received. just infuriated me that they can rob you... I just noticed that this company has been deducting 29.95 from my bank account for months. When I called them I could barely understand the first person I spoke with. He then transfered me to a "Supervisor" who identified herself as Cynthia (she refused to give me her last name). She advised me that I was set up with them when I accessed FreeCreditReport.com. I just noticed I am being charged twice monthly by privacy matters for a service I did not authorize and their answer to my accusation was I signed up for it when i visited people finder which i never signed up for, so i think the other culprit in this scam is People Finder for allowing Privacy Matters to link up to their website and People Finder is just as much to blame!check your statements...
