They are legal theives
They stole my commissions after telling me they were one amount and after I produced my check was not the correct amount. They also keep $1000 on every Medicare Advantage plan you sell. You can go straight to Aetna or Anthem and cut them out. They tell you that you are 100% vested immediately, but they don't tell you that they cut your commissions the longer you stay and make it harder for you to leave because you can't "transfer" your contracts. They then tell you to call "Sam Hoyek" their recruiter to get paid and Sam tells you to call Premier and in the meantime the longer this goes on the longer they are holding and keeping all of your hard earned commissions.

You are NOT vested as they tell you!
Premier Senior Marketing and 1SSIP end up with all of your clients if you are not "faithful" and don't submit all your business to them. All of a sudden they started cutting my commissions for life and annuity policies. They were paying me 1/2 of the other FMO'S in the business. I decided to start submitting my Life & Annuity business to Network Insurance in FL and a representative from Premier then sent me an E-mail telling me that I could no longer submit any business to them because I wasn't "faithful." I was signed with them to Anthem Medicare Advantage. PSM keeps 5 years of commission and you get the first five years, but they stole all my clients and changed them to be the agent on my business. They keep $1000 of your commission on every MA plan. You can go straight to Anthem and cut PSM out of the equation. They lie and tell you that you are vested and you aren't.

These guys took my book of business and changed the agent number as they submitted business and did not pay me even though they lied and told me that I was vested 100% immediately. BE CAREFULL and don't submit business to Sam Hoyek from Lebanon that runs their business. He puts Tomas Scheuth on all your MA business and the work together to steal your clients and renewals. They just bought a new private jet and you as the agent do all the work and will wake up and not have money to feed your family. You are never vested and there are better places to submit business that pay much more.

I was submitting business with Premier Senior Marketing and they owe me over $15,000 on policies that I wrote and submitted to them. When it was time to get paid my check never came. PSM blamed their recruiter, Sam H in mansfield, OH and said he had my money. He in return blamed PSM and I never got paid. I found out that they "rolled" all my clients and I was no longer the agent on my clients and they were now listed as the agents and kept all my renewals. When they tell you that you are vested 100% immediately they are lying to your face. Stay away from the guy from Beiruit, Lebanon that will steal all your comissions and blame PSM. They blame each other and this is why they had the cash to buy their very own private jet. BE CAREFULL! I never did get paid by these liars and theives!

Premier Senior Marketing for Insurance Agents "rolled" all my comissions to themselves
Tom from Premier Senior Marketing (the guy that bought himself a private jet) "rolled" dozens of my clients from a Medicare Advantage Plan to himself as the agent. If you place business with Premier Senior marketing then all of your business is at risk if they find out that you start placing business "elsewhere" because they aren't paying as much as other brokers like Network Insurance in FL. If you as an agent go directly through Anthem your comissions will be much higher and you wont lose the last $1000 (5 years of comisission) that PSI keeps from you. All your Medicare Advantage Plans are at risk if you write Advantage Plans. They kept over $15,000 in my comissions last year because I placed business with another broker. The Ohio Department of Insurance opened an invsetigation and I never heard another word. Private jet, huge Corporation and no ruling from ODI. Interesting. Sam from 1SSIP that works for Tom at Premier Senior Marketing also is recruiting agents from states he isn't licensed and taking overide checks and ODI hasn't done a thing about that either. Stay away from Premier Senior Marketing and 1SSIP Senior Security Insurance Partners if you don't want to lose clients to these sharks that will gobble them up then spit you out and keep your comission checks!

If there was an investigation opened by the Dept. of Insurance and you heard nothing, then you didn't have a case.
I find it funny that everyone else is to blame and you have no fault. My guess is that your life is a mess...and it's someone else's fault.

Now for 2 and yr have tried getting away from this org.andcontract was never finalized and I'm writing state Dept of insurance but govt. Agencies usualky no help? We, as agents need to hire an insurance attorney andmake them pay.
UHHHH - where in the nation are they paying $1000 for MAPD's. I'd like to move there!
Never heard of this - ever...and I have worked in the backend offices of various agencies for years!
AND, I just moved some contracts from Premier - not because they are bad - quite the contrary! Love their service to the agent...just got a slightly different arrangement....but, they were quite helpful in making this transition - if fact had it done the same day basically.
So I stand strong in saying this comment is not my experience in the least!
I would recommend Premier!!
