Bad service, Bad manners, Bad reviews, Bad behavior. Read what people are saying very carefully then decide whether it's worth the risk in dealing with this company. They will not honor their agreements and you will risk losing your hard earned money and being disappointed by broken promises. They are not trustworthy. Move on to any other company or buy privately. No one should be treated... Read more

We purchased a 2003 5th wheel in Sept 2013 at the Auburn store. Our saleswoman was nice and helpful, so was the service tech that walked us through our delivery detail. The store manager made several promises that fell a long way short of good service and customer satisfaction. We were promised a 5th wheel hitch installation as part of our trailer purchase. Well... We did get a hitch... A low... Read more

The good and the bad... The good: We bought our first hard-side trailer from Poulsbo RV after having tent trailers for several years. The salesman was very helpful in steering us to units that would match and not over-tax our tow vehicle. He also made sure we looked at units that fit our needs, as my wife is handicapped. Once the sale was done, he welcomed us to call if there were any... Read more

I don't think it would take anyone reading more than 2 or 3 review out of the hundreds of terrible reviews to figure out that it's not worth the risk in dealing with any company who could upset so many people. It's understandable that once in a while someone might be upset and take it out online, but Poulsbo RV has so many bad reviews and horror stories out there that if you decide to still do... My family and I bought a 34 foot 5th wheel at Poulsbo RV Mt Vernon. They treated us like gold. Wayne, Stan and Dale are true professionals. Form financing to service, they all care and want to help. I love the trailer and I can't recommend them enough. I will never buy an RV anywhere else. At other RV stores, my wife was treated like an ***, I was ignored, we were high pressured. The guys... These people are completely unprofessional and unethical. Don't be fooled by their nice demeanor because it will change very quickly if they are unable to find a way to take advantage of you. They are seriously bad business people. They will claim repairs that are not necessary, they may cause damage to your RV themselves, or if they are selling your RV they will try to pay well below what you... Read more

I have been interested in purchasing a travel trailer. The unit that interested me ( a Forest River Wildcat Maxx 29BHS) was sold at Poulsbo RV in Auburn. I decided to try them after getting encouragement from my in-laws (2 x prior customers for Poulsbo), who like me, are very shocked and disappointed in how the finance department has handled the transaction. Trust from a dealership should be... Read more

My Wife and I bought our 2nd trailer from Pulsbo RV in Mount Vernon, WA last year. I was browsing and found this site and had to leave a comment about our experiance. I think a person's experiance has a lot to do with their attitude when buying. Our experiance was very pleasant. The sales people and the managers all went above and beyond to make us feel at home and make sure we were taken... Read more

Company exaimined my damaged truck camper, told me verbally that it would be totalled, also told me the "low retail book value" which bore no resemblance to market value, and assured me their evaluation would be forwarded to my insurer. After 10 days of no action, I contacted the insurer to ask of progress and was informed of Poulsbo's lack of contact. I then contacted another repair... Read more

This is a little long apologies for that; this is just a summary of a two page document. Bottom line is stay away from Poulsbo RV Mount Vernon they are the most UN ethical business I have ever dealt with. The Salesmen said was a 2006; we negotiated and made the deal. Then was told O- sorry it's a 2002 not a 2006, we negotiated again and because my wife and 79 year old mother in law (was going to... Read more
