On Dec. 16th I tried to purchase a gift card from Pottery Barn. At check-out their system failed. I received a message that the requested link was not available. Clicked back one page and received a message that the system was down. We shopped locally in Tucson, AZ for an expensive sofa at Pottery Barn. We paid for the sofa and and was promised a delivery date within 10 days. At this time, 2 weeks later, we are still waiting on delivery and are now being told it will be after the New Year. I ordered several pieces of the Daily Wall System on Nov. 12. My order total was $252.61. Several of the pieces were on back order and as a result, I received my order in four separate shipments over the course of about a month-last part was shipped Dec 6th. Pottery Barn has a nonsensical policy of charging your card when it ships the item instead of merely charging it at the time of your order.... Read more

I purchased a table from PB and spent over $700 including delivery charges. I returned the table because the quality was terrible. PB has not credited my card for the price of the item and it has been over 2 weeks since I returned it. I order the Whitney corner desk on 10/31/13. Told it would be in by Saturday and someone would contact me for delivery. A week went by, no call. Pottery Barn has always been my go to store for decorating and gifts. When I bought a house and went to shop for my furniture, I was beyond excited! I had a lovely woman wait on me, she really tried hard. She explained that she was new, so I was understanding of her having to ask another associate to help. I ordered a dog feeding rack and two monogrammed ceramic bowls on November 11. My visa account was charged for the entire purchase $94.05 that day. The pearl embroidered grand duvet cover is absolutely the cheapest, over priced item I've ever encountered. So disappointed. Material is tissue paper thin and washes/dries into a crinkled mess. Dry cleaner refused to iron it because the fabric would not survive mild steam/heat.
