Okay- I meant to do this a while ago. But I forgot and I promised I would. Picaboo was great to me. I decided that I wanted to make a photo book in order to propose to my now fiancé last August and I put in the order too late. I bought one of the "deals" that they offered on their own site. It was $25 for $80 worth of product. Only there is nowhere on their site that will estimate shipping costs. I read the fine print and it said that you could get a refund within 30 days. So, I went ahead and purchased 3 vouchers because I wanted to purchase various photo panels. I made a 140 pg photo book, spent 6 months putting it together with clunky software. I bought two identical books printed and paid $160 (with buy one get one free coupon) Yet the quality was so bad! I ordered some holiday cards with Thursday delivery. I called them on Thursday and they promised Friday. I called them on Friday and they promised Saturday. The cards arrived late on Monday. Picaboo - Ripped Off

I purchased Groupon voucher codes and was told that I would need to purchase the books at their full amount, then they would refund me the difference after I sent them the invoice number. The first order I received the refunded difference. Then next time I ordered, I received as a partial refund rather than a full refund. I would never use them again. I payed for 100 stock cards through Groupon, ordered with my voucher on Picaboo and had to pay an extra ($42)for envelopes (plain white, no engraving). We sent a request for more information from online chat with no reply. Picaboo is horrible. The online user experience was difficult to work with and annoying to navigate. The quality of the product I received was childish (that's the best way I can describe it), and the customer support has yet to do anything to change the issue. I submitted an order for a photo panel that arrived with a crooked border that I didn't request. They insisted I ordered it that way and would only give me a discount on a re-order. The 100% guarantee states if the outcome is not the same as the preview shows they will replace. They would not.
