I was told by a store manager that my rewards coupons would be honored if I brought my receipt in to the store. When I did, I was told by a store associate that “ The Manager never said that”. I was hired at Payless by the boss of a good friend of mine the first few months everything went great I got good amount of hours and yes I did get special treatment. Eric which is one of the manager at store 2531 is disrespectful, he's lazy and works his employees like slaves literally!! He's a disgrace to the Payless company and he should be fired immediately!! I placed an order online on 11/20/13. On 11/26/13, I received a package with someone else's order in it. On Nov. 14, 2013 I found a pair of Regan Flat Boots in the camo pattern. Checked for size and how many in stock. Size good, plenty in stock. I tried to buy a pair of shoes on line but three times the Web site declined to accept my credit card for no stated reason. I checked with the credit card company concerning the status of the charge the card. The bank stated categorically that there was no reason for the multiple rejections. I WENT SHOPPING WITH MY TWO DAUGHTERS WHO WANTED TO FILL OUT JOB APPLICATIONS WHILE I WAS SHOPPING, THEY WENT AND ASKED THE LADY IN CHARGE AT THE FRONT AND SHE SAID TO LEAVE AND GO FILL IT OUT AT HOME.
