One of the monroe fromt struts for the deville was bad right out the dam box it poped up I had it install with a $ 200 labor charge n 2 hrs later it failed.rhe car was bouncing all over the road.i summited a response ticket n I got no response they *** blew me off.Im so *** angry I could if William $ was my pa I'd sent him over there to set things write I haven't even installed my wife's struts... After ordering a part of the wrong color, we attempted to contact the company to cancel. This is obviously something they will not do. They did not answer the phone and did not return our email for several days. We've been waiting over a week for a RMA to return this subpar part. Returned a part due to them sending the incorrect part... I've been trying to contact them in regards to this but the customer service number they provides only hangs up on you!! Please don't do business with them this is a scam website!! Research them and you'll find many others like myself! I wish I would have. i ordered parts and only part arrived (3 weeks later) called 2 times talked to mike he said he would call me back. never did. called again. next guy said he would check with the shipping dept and call me back. never did. they took the money out of the account. i cannot reach anyone by phone. on hold for hours at a time and still know one picks up. can't get an email answer. this is the 2nd time... In late January, I ordered an electric window actuator for my car because my windows don't stay closed and IT'S JANUARY. They took my payment and said my part would be delivered by 2/5. I'm sure everybody is aware this company sucks a$$, if you call the main help number: 800 541 9352 It will tell you you can put in your partys extension at anytime. I guessed and pressed: 304 This took me to Andrew's direct line (whoever that is he didn't answer either) Keep trying other extensions and leave this guy Andrew as many messages as possible! I purchased a powersteering pump from PARTSGEEK. The price was $89 for the pump and $100 for the core charge. (the core is refunded when you send in your old one) I sent in my old one, and they credited me with $100. GREAT! NOT SO FAST! The REBUILT PUMP failed after about a month. Partsgeek Is the Best Place for Auto Parts

Received my alternator from partsgeek in a timely fashion. I purchased the lowest cost rebuilt alternator to save on cash and Parts geek had it. I was a little worried about the purchase at first. Ordered Chevy Headlights, Received Toyota ones. Requested an RMA and information as to when I would get my parts. They promise a 24-48 hour response.
