this company has found a way to change the terms of their agreement on line after you take their product, thus allowing them to take your money. Anything associated with prime organica should be avoided. they create different names of their non FDA approved product and gain more monetary funds from your account.

I ordered a trial product and then later they took out $89. 44 out of my bank account with out telling me. I called them at 1-98*-607-****. They informed me that they would close the account but would not refund my money. They aren't even listed under Bright Nutrition, they are under Prime Organia and the number for Bright Nutrition is 1-85*-312-**** and it's a recording. And I got that number from going to contact us, a little lady gave me the number because some other people had also called to complain and her boss found the number for them. These people are nothing but rip off's. I want be getting anything else from them.Taking the product has broke out my skin.

Being billed for products without knowing

I contacted them after spending an hour trying to find a number that worked, finally found one. After i told him everything he said he would cancel it, then asked me if i wanted to lose weight, then if you do you can continue your shipments!! After i complained about it. I told him are you kidding, we just got charged almost $400 that i didn't even know i was getting charged! Well i didn't get my money back but it's cancelled. He kept saying if you checked the box then it explains it there, blah, blah, blah.

On going battle for refund from Nature's Prime Organics

I placed an order in January of 2012, and after following up on the order 3 times, each time being told it would be shipping in the next 2-4 weeks, I gave up. I have now been playing this game trying to get my refund. I was told it would post in 14 business days, to no avail. Now I am 3 months into the refund fight and have lost all patience. Never got food, never got refund. All I've received is too much run around and empty apologies! How can this be legal??!! They took my money!

New name but same bad service

It is the worst experience ever...do not buy from this company. I went back on the site and saw that they had a new name for the company. Now its called blue green organix. Beware if this company you won't get your product and if you do it will take months. Who wants to wait to plan a meal months a head of time. There are other places to get the same product and you don't have to deal with all the problems. Good luck on getting a refund too. Never never order from them. Beware! Stay away!

Nature's Prime is scamming under new name -BlueGreenOrganix

Since July of 2011 I have been trying to get a refund of $96.36 from Nature's Prime Organic Meat company. I ordered meat through their website with a Living Social deal, and the order was never filled. I was able to cancel the Living Social deal and receive a refund from their company, but Nature's Prime has never refunded the additional amount I paid for an order that shows cancelled on their site on my account. I have called numerous times, sent emails, posted to Facebook, etc, with no reply, because they had kept me at bay for so long with my order, the amount of time ran out for me to cancel the original payment through my credit card which was very sneaky. There are countlesss sites full of complaints on the Internet about Nature's Prime, so they have changed their name to Blue Green Organix (BlueGreenOrganix). I hope this post stops at least one person from doing business with this company under their new name.

Organic queen is full of BS! It is the same company, they just had to change their name because of all the bad press.

I recommend just disputing the charge on your credit card, you'll get your money back and it costs them money too. The owners are awful people who only care about spending every penny they 'earn' from their 'sales' on themselves, then can't pay their vendors (which is why nothing ever ships) and blame everyone else for their company's failure.

From my understand Natures Prime and Bluegreen and not the same company. Bluegreen Organix recently started filling old order Natures Prime couldn't.

I had an older order with Natures Prime and I sent them an email they forwarded my information and I receive my order the next week from Bluegreen Organix.

I would and have recommend Bluegreen Organix to several people, and they have placed orders and received them with in 1 week.

Same situation here! It's awful...I have filed BBB complaints, but all they do is claim that my order is ready to be shipped, so the BBB closes the complaint.

As of 8/5/12 nothing has been resolved with Natures Prime Organic Foods. However, I received a refund through my credit card company and I am happy about that.

Purchased a voucher via Dealfind for Nature's Prime Organics Foods, placed my order March 19th and still haven't received my order. Always an apology for the inconvenience but to please wait, the order will ship within an additional 10 to 12 days. Got the same song and dance when I requested a refund, takes 10 to 12 days to process then 30 days to post on my credit card account. It is now July, no delivery or refund. They are ripoffs and so are Dealfind, who refuse to refund the cost of the voucher I purchased. Very pissed, and can' believe these companies are in business. Don't use Dealfind, stick with Groupon.

Nature's Prime Organic Food - SCAM!

I echo all the other complaints. 6 months - no delivery, no communication, no refund. I am SHOCKED they are still in business. I placed the order over the phone and spent $75 more than my groupon. I followed up 12 weeks later with a call. I actually reached someone who stated that my order was partially filled. They said they would send it. After the, I left multiple voicemails, and sent multiple emails. It has been 6 months (or so) since I placed my order. I have requested cancellation of my order but nothing. Groupon, on the other hand didn't even ask what happened, they simply refunded the groupon price.

It's irrelevant if the product is better, worse or comparable to the meats in a supermarket. There is nothing about an expectation to receive what we paid for that is the fault of any of these customers.

It is primary your fault as a consumer to do business with these companies such as

Organically Nature's Prime or American Frozen Foods or Miranda's Country Fresh Foods. The fault is your are getting top quality food and ALL NATURAL or ORGANIC when in reality it is the same meats and foods you get in a supermarket.

How do I know...I worked for these companies.

Buy your meats and foods in a supearmarket. You will Save money and avoid many headaches.

I placed my order in Feb. finally called living social and got a credit, but still had a $33 balance I had put on my cc.

FINALLY got a person on the phone, who said it would show up this billing cycle, you guessed it .... nadda.

I placed an order Feb 24, 2012 and have been told 8 times via email that my order was shipping. It is now May 29 and no order - although they say it's shipping out on June 4.

I have asked for a refund and can't believe they are still in business and that Groupon continues to do business with them.

I have to believe this is actually illegal. They willingly take money without ever having any intention of fulfilling the order - it's fraud and a scam.

I sent numerous emails with no response and finally was able to speak to a representative, who then assured me that my order was being shipped THAT day! I've been waiting for over two months now and am absolutely pissed. Never EVER do business with NPO.

Nature's Prime Organic Foods took 6 months to fill order

I bought a Groupon in May for Nature's Prime Organic Foods and ordered over $100 in seafood. After not hearing from them for a couple of months I contacted them and was told (the first of many times) that they didn't have the items in right now, but the order should go out soon. Long story short, they finally filled the order six months later. The quality of the seafood was marginal, certainly not worth $100. They never called or emailed me to give me an update or apologize. All communication was initiated by me. Worst customer service ever. I'll never do business with them again and suggest you don't either. You'll waste your money, your time, and your meals.

It has been over a year and still no order. Was supposed to be sent out on the 9th of July and delivered the 13th, today.

Email to the rep that advised that bounced saying she was no longer with the company.

No wonder, probably in therapy after working for such a disorganized employer. Surprised GROUPON associated with an outfit with such poor customer service!

Bought groupon in the summer, placed order in Aug. After having to contact Groupon in December because order had still not been filled, and multiple phone numbers had been disconnected and emails bounced back I got yet anoter phone number for Nature's Prime from Groupon that someone answered.

March 30, 2012 my order was delivered and it missing 4 items and a 5th item had been substitued without notice (total order was 16 items). Another item was not labeled, I don't know about you but I don't eat mystery meat. I just got off the phone with the a rep at Nature's Prime and the woman told me that I got everything I ordered, it was all there, in the box and as far as the unlabeled item was concerened I could take a photo and fax it to her and then she would fax me a label for the item. When I didn't like her solution she said there was nothing to be done and hung up on me.

I just went back to Groupon to see if there's any recourse. I hope more people aren't ripped off by this company and they go out of business quickly!

Nature's Prime Organic Foods STAY AWAY

Update: I was unable to get them to refund my shipping costs of $25 after they finally shipped the food (part of which was open that\' why I wanted a refund,plus the fact that they just forgot my order). I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of MN, which was completely useless.

Nature\'s Prime responded to my complaint with one sentance stating they \"can\'t\" refund shipping costs. Yes, they can. Any business can give refunds. They are full of it.

I was told to take a look at an article about this business in a local MN newspaper.

The article said that the owner owes thousands of dollars to in sponsorship fees, and judgments,and was in federal prison at one point. This place is bad news.

I ordered a deal from them through Living Social, and was told when I ordered that it would be 25 or so business days for delivery (which was a little shocking since the deal didn't say this, or I might not have purchased it). It's now 3 months later and no delivery, and no response to emails asking about my order status. Very poorly run company from what I can see. I will be demanding my money back from Living Social, and let this be a warning to me and to others, check out the company before purchasing!

DO not buy from Dawn and Ron Wolfbauer of Natures Prime Organic Foods. They are *** artists and scammers and have no intention of providing you with the product you ordered. They take your hard earned money and live a very lavish lifestyle with very expensive cars, toys, trips. All on other peoples money. Ron has been in federal prison for taking millions of peoples money in the gold industry which is unregulated. Now he is committing fraud again. When they get in trouble like they are now they find a shell company to take over so they can relive the debts and law suits that are pending. Please file complaints to the BBB to stop them. We need to stand up to criminals like them.

I worked here too, on contract and Ron was a shady character the whole time. He wanted a whole lot for very little, and was really skeezy when payday came. I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people to anyone and am so glad I left when I did.

I ordered on 03/26 with a Groupon (Plus another $36). Order still has not shipped/received even though I paid back in March. Been doing some research for a few hours. Found some good info about these scammers: http://www.thefisheriesexchange.com/feature.php?id=118 http://m.startribune.com/articles/20686****?paging=off I guess those two articles would explain why the domain registration (WHOIS) for http://www.npofoods.com is "discreet" and the owners' (Ronald Gary Wolfbauer and Dawn M. Wolfbauer) names don't appear anywhere on the site or anywhere else. After posting all of this to the Nature's Prime Organic Foods FaceBook page, they deleted it all and removed me from the group. There are dozens, if not hundreds or people, with this same complaint. You'd never know by looking at their FaceBook page though. I guess that's what happens when I don't do my homework before ordering online. I just thought since it was a Groupon order, it would be reputable. (Groupon is great, it's www.npofoods.com that is the bad guy here) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Groupon as well and I fianlly got my order 4 months after placing it. I called them every two weeks and e-mailed customer service until I got my order.

Once I finally got it it was short some items that were part of my Groupon. When I called about that they just told me that is what they shipped, that is what I'm getting.

It sounds like I'm lucky I got anything at all. I will not be a repeat customer.

Still waiting on a refund - placed an order in March, 2011 which never shipped. Groupon was good about refunding, but I'm disappointed that they didn't do their part in making sure the company was reputable before offering the groupon deal.

Somehow, I thought that if it came through Groupon, the company could be trusted. This has turned me off of the whole Groupon thing completely.

A few weeks went by with no shipment, so I called them on June 21. The person I talked to assured me that my order would ship the following Wednesday (June 29). It did not.

I ordered from NPO back in April with a Groupon coupon. After I pushed really hard, my order was finally sent.

It was missing the most expensive item, the shrimp. The beef patties were only 73% not 93% as advertised. The scallops were not organic and were chemically treated, they came out of the UK. Their customer service rep Pascha Derevics argued with me in several emails and offered to refund only $10 on a $100 order, that doesn't even cover the cost of the shrimp at $53.

I am turning them over to the BBB.

DON'T order from this company. They are misrepresenting themselves.

I am REALLY Disappointed with this company. I placed an order with this company due to a promotion they ran with Groupon. I have a friend who is pregnant and thought it would be a great Bday gift to get her some fresh organic meats for her 3rd trimester. I placed the order over the phone and paid. I was told it 'might take awhile' to ship out. When I asked what 'a while' meant, they told me 2-3 weeks at least for it to ship out plus a few extra days for delivery transit. Dhe explained that the Groupon promotion was very successful and has put them behind. I was pretty disappointed but decided to wait it out. 4 WEEK LATER I decide to call since I have received no notifications since I placed the order. I was told that one of the items in my order is on back order and thus, my full order hasn't been shipped yet. She asked me if I wanted to wait until that item was back in stock (which could take weeks) or if I wanted to substitute it for something else. I chose to sub something else but they still said it would take a little over another week to ship out!! I politely asked if they could make an exception since they have been holding my order back this entire time and no one has notified me at all. I asked if they could overnight ship it since my order was already 1 month behind due to their lack of efficiency. She put me on hold and checked with her supervisor. When she returned, she told me sorry, her supervisor said NO. I would just have to wait! The package has still not shipped out. I will NEVER order from this company again and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Nature's Prime Organics and cancel the order. Kind of difficult to do when NO ONE answers the phone. However, I will leave a message AGAIN! And cancel the order and be sure that Groupon received this thread of disgust with the company so that they are aware.

This place sucks! I placed an order that qualified for free shipping.

Not only did it take over a month to ship, they forgot half the order AND charged me for shipping. Then never responded to my multiple emails asking where my missing food was. I will go out of my way to recommend people avoid this place at all costs.

Same here. I ordered in April and I'm still waiting for my order in Mid July. I called to cancel last Monday and they said, "Oh, it's on the truck already. It just went out and so we can't cancel the order. You'll get your order by Friday at the latest."

Well, it's NEXT Monday and still no order. I put up a couple of nasty comments on their Facebook page and they keep taking them down. Only after posting twice do I get an email saying, "We don't know what happened. Can we send you your order NEXT week?"

They sound great when you look at the site and also through groupon but then you order and it takes 1-2 months to get the foods. They say its weather related and have so many excuses. I called many times looking for my food. Althought the customer service representative Pasha was very nice and tried to help. Just wish they could get food out in a timely manner since I waited forever. I will never order from them again. I thought the food was great when I finally got it but still not ok with waiting forever and getting lied to when calling them.

I placed my order in May and it is mid Aug and still have not received anything. I got a confirmation soon after placing my order but no word from them since then.

I have emailed and called them on multiple ocassions with no reponse back at all. They are theives and obviously terrible at what they do (since they don't really both to even deliver your food to you).

I feel like an ***. I, too, ordered from them because of the Groupon coupon. When I placed the order, the girl I spoke to was kind of rude. I decided to let it go and figured she was having a bad day.

Well, I ordered these items back in May 5th; today is July 8th and still haven't received anything. I've called, and was just on hold this morning for almost 1/2 hour.

I finally got fed up, called back and asked that a supervisor call me back ASAP. I was told that the supervisor is taking calls too, and that he/she won't get back to me until after 4:00pm central time. It's riduculous!

I did not think to check up on them before purchasing the coupon, now I know better. They sure were quick to charge my card for the full amount, though. Now I don't even want their food. After reading the type of stuff others have received, I think I'll stick to the seafood at the grocery store in town...

I cannot believe that Groupon still does business with this company. It brings my opinion of them way down. Now, off to cancel my order and to try to get refunded by Groupon. Waste of money, time and unneeded frustation.

Unbelievable!! I had the same experience as everyone else, but I am yet to receive my order (today - June 28th)!!

Thier customer service are now answering my emails with rude one liners telling me to call Groupon to get a refund. No greetings, no "thank you", no "sorrys" They are not even trying to ship the order to my anymore, or lie about how they will ship it next week. I work in the food industry, and worked in logistics, production planning, and order fulfillment for many years. That makes me a bit more patient than the average consumer, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

How this company stays in business is competely betond me. I feel like at this point there is enough angry people to start a class action lawsuit against them.

People, please complain to Groupon!! The fact they work with this company is absolutely shameful.

I too was a groupon victim of this company.

Food took months to arrive. There selection is meager and they have no fresh produce like pictured on their site, That produce pictured is why I purchased the groupon in the first place.

I was forced to buy meat and coffee not what I wanted but their prices are outrageous. I got three little 3 oz crabcakes that cost $22.50... give me a break.

I was really ripped off. Thank alot Groupon!

I had similar experiences. I placed my order in April and till today I have not received anything.

I wished I have discovered this site before purchasing the Groupon.

I am now working to get a refund from Groupon.

Totally disappointed and amaze at how companies like this can continue to exist.

I actually worked for this company...for a day. My job was to answer the 8 phone lines and take over-the-phone orders with those Groupon deals. Unfortunately, they don't have separate line for customer service and ordering, so I had the lucky position to screen all the incoming calls.

Yes, I was bitched at many, many times my first day. And yes, people did tell me to f*#% off, even after I told them it was my first day. It was horrible, I came close to tears several times. BUT that's not even why I'm writing this post.

As someone who's worked in customer service for many, many years, I couldn't handle not having the ability to help anyone with their order. I felt so bad that the customers were continually lied to about shipment and refunds of partial orders. When I asked how they can handle so many bad customer service experiences without any sense of conscience, they all, yes all, told me that they are too busy taking orders to really deal with those types of people. I guess that means that as long as the money is coming in, screw 'em.

So, I knew then and there that NPO was not a company I was going to work for. It's a horrible business structure, in my opinion. I'm terribly sorry to all out there who had a bad experience. I'm hopeful that they will fix things for you. But so you all know, it's not great from the employee side either.
