to whom it may concern: My name is David White, I have 3 degrees, a BM in music from Cincinnati's College Conservatory of music at Cincinnati, a pharmacy degree from Cincinnati and a MS in market research from Wisconsin-Madison. Over the last 15 years, I have purchased 3 boxes of saltines every 2 weeks...but over the last 3 months, the quality has been very poor from crackers that break apart when you touch them to crackers that are so heavy and thick that I just throw them away.

I have catalogues the lot numbers for the bad crackers: 02MAY18AX27D 02MAY18AX27D 02MAY18AX27D These three boxes contained crackers that were very thick and heavy with a terrible taste and consistency These boxes were very good, light airy, great taste, a little brown, but I like the ones that are a little brown on the top: 16APR18AX17B 24Mar18AX37D I hope that you will straighten this problem out soon Sincerely, David White 2419 Fairview Ave. #1 Cincinnati, Ohio 45219

So one of the things I loved about Nabisco Vienna fingers was the cookie part. It was the best cookie on the market, in my opinion.

The older or more experience generation enjoyed the flavor of the cookie. I know many people that love this cookie, but after buying it today I wont ever buy it again I am so disappointed. The cookie is very sugary. It does not have that same flavor it used to have and it doesnt even look like the old Nabisco Vienna finger cookie.

I bought a pack the other day so excited to be able to have that flavor again, because I dont buy them as often as I had in the past, and so when I got home excited to have my favorite Vienna finger cookie, I was so mad. For a company that has a lot of money to change the recipe on this and find ways to cut corners and cut cost, bad decision because this cookie now sucks !!! I wont buy another Nabisco cookie just for the simple fact that if you change this cookie, you probably cut corners on other ones as well. Shame on you for a company that is very successful and lucrative.

You put more money in your pocket and gave the consumer less flavor, and that in my opinion is pathetic and greedy. Bad news travels fast so I will be speaking to others about what they did with this cookie. Im shaking my head right now because you have no idea how disappointed I am in this company. That had the market un cookies.

Ill be looking for other companies to satisfy that once in a while craving that I had for the Vienna finger Ill find something to replace it. Just look at the picture below and see what I mean. This cookie once had a smoothe top, not anymore. As soon as I looked at it, I knew it wasnt going to be the same flavor.

I knew exactly what I was talking about too. YUCK!!!

I have never written a review for a cookie before and you guys are my first! Never did I think Id be writing this horrible review for Nabisco, but shame on all of you for changing this once awesome cookie.

We bought a box of Premium Saltine Crackers. We have been eating these since we were kids.

Today as I was eating them I noticed that they were very crumbly.

Every time I picked one out of the pack it was breaking before I could get the butter on it and the ones that made it that far crumbled under the pressure of the knife and butter.

I m wondering if you changed the recipe? In over 65 years of eating them, this is the first time I have seen this.

As I finished my feedback, I noticed it said "Pissed Consumer"...that does not describe me and I find that very offensive for someone just "not happy" with a package of crackers.

I just bought a box of Snackwell's New and improved Devils Food Cookies, let me tell you they are awful. They are totally different, they don't have the hard outershell, the taste is not the same, basically you ruined this cookie.

Hello, first I love Nilla Wafers and am going to continue buying them, for now anyway, however I am extremely disappointed as my last 4 boxes have been completely terrible! It's like they were stuck to the pan then scraped off causing them to roll up on the underside resulting in a thin and hard wafer.

They are not the light fluffy wafer they should be, or should I say always have been. I will gladly send pictures if you like to show exactly what I am referring too. Here is the stamp on the box so you know where and when these were made 04AUG2024BD31, 01:11:34 122. Needless to say I am shocked to see how low your standards of quality have become.

I am 53 and do not ever remember seeing this until this past year and we made alot of vanilla pudding with wafers and had alot of nilla wafers and peanut butter growing up. Like I said I will probably continue to try for a few more boxes but after that my love of Nilla Wafers may hvae to be a thing of the past.
