I was at Walmart and a lady gave me her card Nd told me she was offering free facials and she tooky number and said she would give me a call this was yesterday. Today she called me and told if I can go tomorrow I said that I could and we scheduled for me to go at 12. All of these bad reviews have made me change my mind I bet she's just gonna try to sell me stuff wich I don't have a problem buying... Read more

Mary Kay has the worst customer service. I wish I could just order the products on the website without having to go through a beauty consultant. With every order I place, I buy through a different consultant hoping that one of them will follow-up with my order, but they never do. I never get any kind of communication when my order is processing or shipped. It's very frustrating considering I... Read more

I received an email from Barby Coulter telling me I won the Mary Kay Grand Prize Drawing for a Basket, Facial and Makeover. I was told by Barby I would be pampered this Saturday morning. She completely lied. There was NO Facial and No Makeover. It was a Mary Kay Recruitment Ambush! They all got up in front of me and told way over the top stories of how much money they make. I was asked to put on... Read more

So we went to this party and we ooohed and ahhed, as women do. But she kept refusing to answer our questions whenever anyone asked how much something cost. Turns out she wanted us to buy the entire line whether we needed the entire line or not. I like my lip stick and I don't use concealer. Why should I be forced to buy these items as part of a package deal? Makeup is too expensive for that... Read more

They promise you prizes, gift cards, free products, etc. But they never keep their word. My best friend of twenty years is a consultant and she lied to me about a gift card I was supposed to get for winning a game at a party. She took me to a sales meeting. I got to try ther new acne treatment solution. I told them that my face is not acne prone but they told me I could use it to also keep my... Read more

A Mary Kay consultant contacted me and gave the presentation. I purchased a package and spent a total of $108.20. She did not have the products and had to order them. Its been over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. I then tried calling, texting and emailing her several times and nothing. I contacted her through the Mary Kay website, and nothing. At this point, I contacted Mary Kay customer... Read more

I love the product been selling for 12 years. I did buy more than what I needed at first but I love the product. Always given back money to I unsatisfied customers. My skin looks younger at my age. Go to meetings try to find sales consultant u trust. Don't buy if your kit comfortable or if they promise if you go to a meeting. Great business if you are a stay at home mom. You earn 50... Rani Patentrager is a Mary Kay Independent Sales Director who trolls downtown San Francisco for new MK consultants. She is bubbly, sweet, and friendly. Quotes Bible verses and seems family oriented. Will lie to sign you on as a sales consultant, no orientation classes, false information about refunds/returns. You have been cautioned. The truth unraveled after a few months. Rani was setting... I had a representative come to my place a few months ago to demonstrate the "TimeWise" skin care and other facial products which I liked on the spot so I bought for quite a big amount (above $300). For a week or two my skin seemed to be taking it well but then all of a sudden I woke up one day with a burning rash on my face, I looked like a tomatoe! Right away, I contacted the representative to... Read more
