Macy's credit card took advantage of my 86 years old mother by "helping' her to applies for credit card in San Francisco. Her only income is SSI, she never have cc. How Macy's can approved her cc? Apparently being a flex associate in a store like Macy's is a crime because I didn't ask for the job, I was forced there or I would be fired in any case I was and I had to be rehired under a new job status. I called customer service to cancel Macy's American Express due to "international charges" for four textbooks. "Jill" said she would remove the $6.72. Surprise! I work for Macys in Mason OH. I feel uncomfortable around my lead. He has a criminal history of child *****. It is very disturbing for me when I walk by his desk and see him looking at young boys. I placed an order at their 800 cus svc number on a sectional on 3/7/14 and was told that my payments would be excessively low due to a promotion they had at that time for 24 mos. no interest. Indeed I did owe them money. I also paid what I owed once I realized there was a balance on my account. I have a new address and had not updated it with Macy's and was 2 months late. However, I paid my bill through the Macy's website and STILL continue to receive calls from these people. Bought some coins on Ebay. pd with Macy's AMEX. coins rec'd were junk. contacted Macy'sfiled complaint. sent coins back when told so. It has been 3 years! I had just got hired at Macy's and I dislike it already and I only had two days of training so far! First I dont like how I'm put in a room with papers all day.
