Big problem to live in appartment

Marek Gąbka is undergoing treatment at this clinic and is now in hospital. Please inform the hospital about the condition of the apartment he lives in.

the ambulance took him to the hospital.

My name is Bogdan Widawski

im lendlord where Marek Gambka live

2821 N 72nd Court

Elmwood Park IL 60707

Hi cant live in appartment any more .

no body cant live in appartment like this please do something.

I have many photo how looks his appartment

My tenant Marek Gambka, current patient Loyola, cannot live in such conditions as shown in the photo, I have to do a major renovation, first the cleaning team has to clean the apartment and prepare it for painting, replace the carpets, stove and refrigerator. I have to do this before anyone can enter there and live like a human , otherwise I may be held accountable in court for the conditions in which people live in my place.

Thank you.

Horrible billing. I have BCBS great insurance! They charge a facility fee, like you pay for the facility?! Am I paying rent to see my dr? literally told me the charge is for the exam room etccraziness. Plus dr fee, etc DONT GO HERE! DULY does not charge these absurd fees. They say you signed the billing agreement. Guess you need a an atty to read over first. Crazy! YOUR BILLS WILL BE ASTRONOMICAL HERE for a dr visit. Dont use their lab either, quest, duly and labcorp, almost no cost, here? They say your at a hospital and i have a 2000.00 bill for bloodwork!! Insane

Loyola billing department is the absolute worst! Final bill constantly changes! They send one statement and then the next one changes. They say something is owed today and then next week it changes. Also they make billing policy changes with out notifying the patients.

My husband was transferred here to have a transplant- we were not allowed to get a second opinion. The only positive was his surgeon, Dr Yankol, and that he did receive a liver. The hospital was filthy from the patient rooms to the waiting rooms. There is no support at all after the transplant and they refuse to let you go somewhere else. They make your life ***

Indifference to true pain and suffering.

Loyola Medicine - Indifference to true pain and suffering.
Loyola Medicine - Indifference to true pain and suffering. - Image 2

Me and my family has been a patient of Loyola for almost 20 years. Recently the healthcare and support has dropped.

I am sitting here in brutal agony with a plateau Tibia Fracture. The emergency room I went to after the accident already said I need surgery. I have been on the phone and messgaing Loyola admin in order since 8 o'clock and all I have gotten is a appointment with a general practioner.

I have already seen the emergency room doctors. I have the Xrays and Cat scan they said I need surgery.

What I need and what I have gotten in the past is a referral put into the system and then go straight to the Dr. This could be easily done because all hospitals can look at each others emergency room notes. But not this time, after pointing out I am in terrible Pain with a BROKEN LEG.

Loyola won't prioritize handling this, they are treating this like a refferal for a hangnail off your toe. My LEG IS BROKE AND NEEDS SURGERY.

Ignorant staff or interns of ill repute

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I do not like how when my elderly parent went for initial consult the main Doctor allowed different interns Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Indian all to have access to my parent's address or confidential HIPAA patient data without first asking her permission. They invaded her privacy and numerous times bleach head ignorant staff harassed her. These are civil rights violations as they routinely stalked patients or family or used emails or locked out phones while thugs visited the elderly at their homes. This is not only Non-Catholic it is no longer a truly Christian hospital as they removed crosses to placate Jews or Muslims or Hindus.

Billing and added costs to bill

I would have to write a book however my insurance set up is Dr. Visits no fee and specialist $100......Even though we just discuss there is always a clinic charge and other inconsistent charges with that visit...talking with billing department is a waste of time, they talk with you and we wait a few weeks to check the progress and they have no notes on our conversation. This is just a small example. My insurance pays a claim too Loyola and Loyola does not credit my bill for that amount, however I have sent it all the information they need to see these errors. Nothing gets accomplished. Working on some for 6 months. Multiple issues..

I have authorization to view my sons records because he has disabilities. Never had a issue until I had to deal with Nurse Donica.

This dumbell could not find scanned paperwork. Then once on the call with son who has surgery tomorrow stated good luck with me trying to get the rest of what I need to help him. Loyola must have a line item on their applications for employment asking if the potential employee is a *** and have they read the book HOW TO *** OFF PEOPLE AND MAKE ENEMIES. What part of my son has surgery tomorrow did this idiot not get?

The Paperwork has been in Loyola for a year. I will not let this go I will put this episode on line again and again until this is resolved. I have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his surgeries, the least you could do is pull you head out of your *** and help my son.

Now I have to do what the hospital should have done and follow up with all the people involved. Really ?!?!?!
