When I purchased my motorhome, a Tiffin Allegro, I tried to bargin as hard as I could. My salesman and his bosses worked with me to get a satisfactory price. I took my 2013 Allegro bus there to get a radiator leak fixed which was under extended warranty. It has been 3 weeks now and the radiator is still not repaired. When I call the service advisor to see how much longer he says he will call back in 30 minutes and never does. It looks like it will take over 1 month to get my motorhome back for a simple leak. We were not familiar with Lazydays, but heard for other people in the RV park that they're the people to go to. At first blush yes, they have a great inventory and the sales end of the transaction is flawless. We purchased a 2013 3455RL Bighorn from Lazy Days. After making 4 trips to get warranty items fixed. Hearing how long it took for manufacturer to ship parts(3-4 weeks), I took matters in my own hands and called manufacturer whom told me Lazy Days had not even place order with them. Bought a travel trailer from them, Told them as part of deal to go through unit and give a list of repairs that need to be done. Called sales man back and said all is well, just a few adjustments and your good to go. 30 day warranty. 40 days later rainy season hits and water was pouring in, Found a large cut on rubber roof, roof soft and no sealant.
