  • Leaking Window

My 2012 sprindale has spent more time at Crestview Rv than anywhere. Weeks after I bought it the dealer called me to tell me they had ordered a new window for the slide out, which I knew nothing about. Evidently , the window was leaking when I pulled it off the lot, which they never bothered to tell me. Months later, I took it in because the slide out on the passenger side leaked. After getting... Just purchase a 2014 Keystone Sprinter we had it three weeks. Took it out for the fist time the #1 slider motor broke loss from its mount. I couldn't belive how they monted the motor with four small wood screws. There is alot of torque on this motor because the slid is big, containing refrgerater, range, & entertanment center. We had to call a repair place to come out and help up secure the... Read more

We have a hideout that is brand new. Within a month the shower fan simple stopped working. Within the first few days the windows and walls would be covered in moisture. Even the pasteboard under the bed would be damp in the mornings. Finally after just two months it is so bad, I'm sleeping on the floor rather than on the bed because it reeks something awful. The lights are burned out in... Read more

Do not buy a Keystone trailer unless you love insects to join you in your travels. If you check behind panels, you will find that beneath the beautiful exterior which is why Keystone is so successful in selling their shoddy constructed BUG HAVEN, you will find wiring and plumbing passing through gaping holes cut through the panels enabling insects access to all parts of your RC. Also around all... Read more

We purchased a 2013 Fuzion and after one year the roof is no good/falling apart. We contacted keystone and they told me that it was a warrenty issue with Dicor which is the manufacture of the roof. We then contacted Dicor and sent them pictures, there conclusion was keystone installed the roof with poor craftmans ship and keystone needs to be held responsible. Keystone still refuses to fix the... Read more

We purchased a brand new Montana Moutaineer RV from Diamond Trail RV in Bevington, Iowa a few months ago. We had to take it back two times because of defects which one of the times we had to leave it for several days and then they still didn't get everything fixed that was wrong with the camper. They really just blew us off when confronted with the issues that were not taken care of. I wrote a... Read more
