Keranique - SCAM SCAM SCAM//PLEASE RETHINK PURCHASING
I purchased the kerinque package on Dec 17 2013, 2 orders of "Thicker Fuller Hair". I live in Canada, and with it being a holiday season, it was reasonable that it would take longer than usual for shipping.
Jan 3rd rolled around, no shipment, Jan 6th, Jan 7th...I call their customers service. Takes nearly 20minutes to find my account, at which point I am told that they have no way of tracking the shipment once it leave the United States. Product in limbo!
I finally receive my package. Wrong package (shampoo/conditinoair/lift spray came in but not the folicle boosting serum)!! I call their customer service back, again 20minutes to locate my account, guy says he will send the folicle booster with express shipment)
Jan 29th (today, 3 WEEKS LATER) my replacement comes in, ONLY ONE! Not two as it should be! I call customer service, I ask for my money back as the shampoo/conditionair I have been using is drying out my hair and not working out for me. The guy on the phone says he will give me half of my money back because it has been more than 30 days since my purchase, completely ignoring the fact that it took 3 weeks for my shipment to come in.
He says they have record of the shipment coming in on Dec 27th!!! BS! When I spoke with them about why the shipment is delayed, I was told there is no way to track it once it leaves the US!!! They appear to have a large call center for their customer service, must be beause of all the complaints they receive!
For those looking to purchase this product, I strongly recommend rethinking!! Keep your money, the product is not worth the hastle and the scam they are running. You will get auto renewal unless you specifically ask for them to personally guarantee that your account is NOT set up for auto billing, you will get MULTIPLE spam emails from Hydrozatone (whatever that is). They are basically, selling this product, just as a cashgrab, to get your email address/credit card info.
PLEASE RETHINK PURCHASING!!

This is definitely a scam and their customer service people are the rudest people to have to deal with. Very disappointed!!!
Helpful hint for anyone nor satisfied with a company. Go on their Facebook page and complain about what a bad product or customer service and that really makes them jump!.
