NEVER NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES!!! THEY SELL CHEAP FURNITURE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T ANY BETTER !!! It has been 1 month since the couch has been delivered to my appartment. When it arrived it smelt so bad that I had to cover it up and keep my window open. Someone came to check it 2 weeks ago and wrote a report attesting that the smell was real. I bought what I was told was "leather" furniture from Jennifer Convertables. I also bought the "warrenty" plan, which is useless. I complained to JC but was only offered the refund of my $200 warrenty after much complaining. I sent a complaint to Consumer Affairs about 6 months ago. Misrepresentation of protection plan offered through 'Guardsman' - Guardsman does not cover tears, separation, 'peeling' or other defects to merchandise other than 'stains' - although such damages represented as being 'covered' by salesman/store (Totowa, NJ). I always took good care of my couch.
