Infurn is a scam online furniture company. They will steal your money but, if you fight hard enough you might be one of the lucky ones and see your money again after at least 6 months. Go to Trustpilot to see just how many consumers have fallen victim to these blatant fraudsters. They have very clever customer service staff who must be complicit or else they would resign on the spot. They must know what is going on here because they are at the sharp end of dealing with the customer complaints. To all you staff I have the following to say: walk out and find another job. Every day you stay there you are helping to steal from the victims of this company. If you have a moral bone in your body you would not work at Infurn.

If you do your research you will never buy anything from this scam company. Do not be tempted by their supposedly cheap prices. The 'handmade, individually crafted' tag line is a scam which enables them to keep your money for months and months whilst they use it for their own venture capital projects. Stay away - You can buy the same pieces on other reputable sites and get the items delivered within a few days. You will most likely need to take legal action to get your money back. Avoid these fraudsters. Check their reviews on Trustpilot. Despite their professional on-line appearance and exceptionally well trained 'customer service' victim pacifiers you will quickly discover that this company is a dodgy as they come.

Royally scammed
like hundreds of others i was taken for a ride by this hoax website. quick to take money - not so quick in anything else. . they do have a call centre in london which is filled with useless drones reading from a script assuring that i would get my order... constantly delayed and then when cancelled would get my money back.. as if - still waiting after 2 months and will never get it back... i keep writing letters no reply... they get filthier and nastier so that might explain it.. would happily go in for a class action lawsuit against this *** hope they all get cancer

No Delivery after payment
I ordered the item on August 15 and my credit card was immediately charged. I was told the item would be shipped later. In October I contacted the company and I was told it would ship at the end of the month. Supposedly delivery is delayed because the item is made when ordered (ha!). I waited. The item never arrived so I emailed the company. Received an auto return email saying someone would contact me within 24 hours. 5 days later I called and got a message saying no one could take my call, leave a message and someone would call back in 24 hours. That was last week. I called again and emailed again. No response. Needless to say, I think this was a big scam, and the waiting period for delivery is likely just a ploy to make sure you have no remedy when you finally realize no delivery is coming.

Horrible Service
The website offered a product in several colors I asked for swatches it took 3x's for the swatches to arrive I placed a large order They never replied to emails about delivery then they stopped their telephone service I finally received the merchandise but had to call my credit card company and place a reversal of payment to flush them out and respond Then they delivered a duplicate order and said I was responsible Even though I paid for only one order Then the marble table top was scratched and they offered only a discount not a replacement AWFUL HORRIBLE lost 2 weeks of sleep
