I even purchased an extended warranty-but told it was a Hudson Furniture issue....I called to report loveseat broken 11-12-2**** (due to holiday) A repair man was not sent out until 11-21-2013. He agreed loveseat broken, needed to have a new motor ordered, he stated he would order it that day and it would be a few days for motor to come in.

I advised my husband was to have knee surgery soon and we needed the loveseat to be working. Many calls to follow up on delivery of the motor and repair-I spoke with Penny, Sharon & Cheree Motor did not come until 12-4-2013. I called many time and advised I needed repair man here ASAP as my husband was having knee surgery 12-11-2013... **Repair man was not scheduled nor did he come to fix the loveseat until 12-12-2013 and the new motor that was sent was also a broken motor and Lance advised a new motor needed to be ordered again.

Many called to Fast Furniture, Hudson ect-with minimal help. Today is 12-18-2013 and Loveseat still not working. Motor came 12-17-2013, I called and spoke with Mike Watson and he advised repair man to call ASAP and set appointment for 12-19-2013 to repair. I advised I needed apt time-as my husband has a MD appointment in AM to get knee stitches out and he can not drive.

We needed to set appointment so we would be here for the repairman after the MD appointment. 12-18-2013 in the afternoon, I again left 3 messages with Fast Furniture to get appointment time-as no one called to set appointment. No response to any of those calls. I then called Hudson, insisted on speaking with a supervision, Kelly spoke with me, she advised she would try and get appointment time-I was placed on hold while she looked into this-she came back on, Fast Furniture "lines down" and she will have to call back when she can get thru to them.

This has been the most frustrating, issue with furniture I have ever encountered.

Lack of customer service and no regard for timely attention to this issue. Again-loveseat broke 11-10-2013 and todat is 12-18-2013 and still not fixed.

Monetary Loss: $1895.
