Holland America has very racist policies against Asian customers. I recently went on a trip on the Volendam in South East Asia and their event manager Meghan enforces very racist policies against their Asian customers who are not permitted to use game rooms but have to play in the dimly lit Crow's Nest or the hot Lido Pool area while their Western customers were allowed to use air conditioned... Due to human error they cancel half of trip with no reason: Every weather forecast was advising a low pressure system of 40 kn wind with 7 to 10 m swell coming in the area of Cape Horn on the 6th of April 2013 moving eastwards and by the 07th of April in the morning wind and swell was supposed to drop, this weather advisor was already available online by the 31th of March 2013. Eurodam 1/26-2/2/2013 - Norovirus - crew members infected passengers - by end of third day there were at least 20 reported cases. Sent nurse who did nothing but give me tylenol and sea sick pills - ship had no gatorade or kool aide - gave us very small cup of jello w/rotten fruit. What would you do if your cruise line lost your bag between their transit bus from the airport to the ship? While traveling in the Baltic on the MS Eurodam, I awoke to find my wallet not where I left it the previous night. Upon though search of the cabin, I notified the front office of the missing wallet, I was advised it may have been turned in at the front desk just minutes prior to my call.
