Purchased in September a mini fridge which stopped working by December. After customer determined there were no repair places in my area I was asked to submit documentation. After three weeks of repeated calls to Haier and the fact that the nearest tech shop was an hour away they finally allowed me to the fortunate opportunity to have it replaced. Of course I had to cut the back portion out of the TV in order to prove I had the item. Two weeks later the product replacement arrives. Fine hopefully my problem is solved because I really hate dealing with a customer... Read more

Bought a reasonably priced beverage center that chilled well. The compressor failed due to a faulty switch. Went to the "authorized" service center for a repair that was going to cost me double in labor for what I initially paid for the whole fridge just to replace a $.10 part. have spent over twenty-five plus times on phone to Haier customer service people. literally months of endless, apparently going nowhere, conversations since 2012. it is now the winter of 2013. this lemon fridge situation is not resolved. couple people tried to help and i thought situation was going to be corrected and would get replacement fridge. could never get back in touch with that... On 8/28/13, I purchased a Haier washer and dryer. Bad Decision!! On 11/17/13, washer started making weird noise and smell like something was burning. Contacted CSR @ Haier, gave the number of one of their "qualified" repairman. He said he didn't have time> Call back and gave another repairman, 55 miles away. I purchased a brand new Haier washing machine in March 2013. It has now broken down in November 2013. Being less than 1 yr old, the machine is still covered under manufacturer's warranty. I purchased a Haier dryer in February of this year in September of this year the door on my dryer stopped closing properly. Purchased a brand new Haier spa water heater (35lts) in october'13. From the day one started the problems. The remote control did not worked when opened the newly packed water heater. I purchased a ac on 2/8/2013. The ac started leaking in September 2013.We are suppose to receive a new unit but we are always given the run around. I was given a tracking number but get no results.
