I ordered Shear cover for trial basis and was not only charged twice but was shipped a total of 5 kits and billed to my credit card all at the same time. I spent. 2 day strying to get this cancelled to find out there was 11 accounts opened. Under my name. Confirmed they received my return. Repeated calls regarding status of my refund. Same story each time: you'll see the credit within 5 days. 3 months later and no credit/refund and a new story: they claim they have no record they ever charged me in the first place! Have been receiving shipment of WEN since 2012. The latest shipment was sent but I never received it. I called Guthy Renker to find out where was my order and they informed me that it was shipped via UPS then UPS gives it to the post office to deliver.
