After waiting two weeks with no shipping confirmation, and constantly emailing the customer service department, I still have not had my order ship. We have been Gevalia customers for over 20 years and still like their coffee although the automatic order service has become so slow: add AT LEAST two weeks to the date they give you. Went to edit our regular order by deleting one flavored coffee and adding one that has been a favorite for years. The website wouldn't add it except as a one-time order. I have an automated delivery for a specific coffee set up for years, continuously upset with their timing of deliveries as well as their "I don't care attitude". On or about 6 June, I tried to enter a request -- buy 1 get 1 free + free shipping. I had trouble finding a way to enter, and I asked a question on contact us. Cancelled service last year. Suddenly, this month, I start getting emails from them and a shipment notice. They tell me that the shipment (which I had cancelled) couldn't be stopped but to refuse delivery. I did that and they are still trying to charge me shipping. I cancelled my account in 2011. After rcieving a very costly package of sub rate coffee. The company is sending me bills for an order that they claimed was mailed in Feb 2012. Never received this order. They than tryed to access my bank account for same funds only to find my bank stopped it, as it was spam. I will not do business with this company. I cancelled my membership in April 2012 when I received an email stating that a new shipment would be mailed to me. But, lo and behold I receive a shipment in May 2012. I am having grave issues with Gevalia taking money out of my Checking account now 2x's. My account with them is INACTIVE. I told them if they do not replace the money Immediatly I will report them. Never received produft, Gevalia keeps billing even though they admit the product never shipped. This has been going on for months. Stay away from this company. Customer service is horrible.
