All I am going to say is.....Do Not Let Florida Water Works in your home.Their whole approach is deceptive and manipulative in order to sell you something. Once the man in my home realized I was not buying it, he became aggressive, rude, condescending and scary. For a moment I thought he was going postal, he then slammed his case shut , spewed out rude comments and walked out slamming my door.... This note is from an actual NEW customer !! I was aked to write a note to this site if I was satisfied with dealings with this group. I am a 74 yr old male who has recently moved to FL. Being from up north, it did not take a scientist to realize that the water here is terrible. Recieved a card in the mail, sent it back and recieved a follow up call from them asking to set up a time to test the... Read more

Ms "R" Florida resident of Sun City Center, Fl. is 86 years old. In September 2011 she was sold a 9"x49" carbon water filter with a Pentair 5600 backwash valve (retail value approximately $800.) that she did not need. The company that sold it to her was Central Florida Water Management, Inc. and the salesman was Aaron N. Saad. Ms R already had a water system in place and it was working just fine.... Read more

These "Florida Water Works" guys send a card that looks "Official" and then do a hard sell to get you to buy their system. They try to gather information on your family - most likely to sell to others for who knows what purpose. If you ask not to be bothered they get nasty and evasive on the phone. Apparently the consumer affairs office is not doing anything about them so this may be the only... Read more

Ordered a garden bridge early in April. Online site wasn't working but said 2-3 weeks delivery. Call in order. They said 3-4 weeks, blew it off. Now 4 weeks later my mother's day gift has not arrived. Called tonite. One person said I was getting a postcard which means it's delayed. CS came on line and said if I cancelled I was going to be labeled a "bad customer?" Are you kidding me?... Read more

They have a very poor record as a company BBB has given them an F rating with over 24 complaints. They use high pressure sales people and do a water test that i believe is bogus in order to scare you into purchasing their over priced filtration system. They do not tell you that you will be billed for every time they add 50lb salt blocks and the cost to replace filters at an unbelievable price... Read more

This company offers a "Free Water Test". Of course your water fails. Then, high pressure sales pitch. Especially targets seniors. Sells overpriced water conditioners. Of course you can pay on time. They sell the contract to a finance company who then puts a lien on the home owners house. The home owner is not made aware of this unless he reads the fine print. Do not take my word for it...
