I set up direct pay out of my banking account for January 6th & February 6th ( last payment ) !!!! I have paper work to prove this !!!! On January 4th I sent Fingerhut a text message stating that I could not pay on bill on the 6th ----- because of only two more payments due them ----- I asked if they could take my 2 payments on February 1st !! I ordered a Nu-Wave oven from Fingerhut I have had to replace the dome cover 3 times at $25.00 per dome I deserve a new oven free of charge I even had the warranty which covered one replacement, but I am so disappointed with the fact that the fact that the dome not only started to cracked, but in the final event the dome developed even more CRACKS and the end result I was unable to use the oven... Please be aware of this company!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased what I thought was a bathroom collection which would have cost me $60 when all payments were made but when it was delivered it was only a shower curtain. I then called them and stated I wanted to return it. The associate on the phone admitted that the wording was deceiving. I returned the shower curtain, which cost me $10, so far spent $40.... I returned the chair at my cost because they refused to act . my cost of 177.13 to return it to fingerhut. they not only will not reimburse my shipping cost they are billing me the original shipping cost to me lowlife sham companytried many times to get this fixed letters calls emails just flew off their back no care what so ever that I am a soc sec retired senior.may this will help did file... I opened a new charge at Fingerhut and my first purchase was a toaster oven for $119.00. UPS never rang my doorbell and when I found it on my doorstep the box was damaged and the oven had a large dent in the top. i dont get WHY fingerhut outsources to the Philippines...Filipinos are utterly *** CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS and dealing with these imbeciles at fingerhut is a total nightmare. I ordered an airbed from fingerhut, I have the freshstart account for 130 dollars. The bed cost 88.99. I had to put 30 dollars down on it and used my debit card. The money was taken out of my bank account and they say it wasn't. They told me my transaction didn't go through but my bank statement says otherwise.
