Use Fareportal to pay your account and you never get a refund even if it's due (wrong)
Paid with a PayPal card and expected to be able to receive my reinbursement on that card. Well what we all don't know is they turn around and use Fareportal with their Visa card and info.
and when you try to work with them on any issues your hands are tied because you don't have the right to any of their Visa card info. or terms. The poor Airlines must be quite sick of this by now. On the phone and live chat with CheapOair at least 6 different times.
If any one out their is thinking of a petition or another avenue I would also be interested .
Bad company that should be investigated !

I spoke to a supervisor from ny who said the insurance was travel ax. but first she said travelguard.
Anyway the charges were on my card three times. Plus another charge from traveling. So I called the number on my statement. A nasty lady Linda told me to call the toll free number she couldnt transfer me and said they do not have a spanish department.
The "spanish" supervisor gave me two different insurance phone numbers and she gigled when she said she gave me the wrong number first. I plan on writing to the better business bureau this place is bogus!!!!!
