I recently purchased a galaxy s3 unlocked from this website. They shipped a UK model instead of for the USA. I tried using it but have been having big issues. Its going extremely slow and all videos are very blurry. I called the customer service to try to get assistance. I keep being told by representatives and managers that I will receive a callback. Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 on 03/16/2014. Opted for 3 day expedited and same day shipping (as clearly advertised on site). Today is 03/19/2014 and item has not shipped and no tracking info has been provided. The website promises same day shipping. I paid for two day delivery. Three business days later, UPS has not received the package and customer service ignores my inquiries. I specifically ordered a Garmin car charger for my GPS as I know that universal adapters do not work properly with Garmin GPS. I was sent a universal adapter. As expected it does charge the GPS but the unit takes forever to boot up as the GPS thinks it is connected to a PC. The reason I wanted a genuine part. They show shipping as 2-5 business days. Its not been a week but a month. Whenever I call them they tell they are looking up the matter, and say that you cant get the refund as the phone has already been shipped on 16th Dec '13. I was sold a cell phone battery they knew would not charge as I was told by rep when I called to complain and get a refund. No refund came forth after two months and when I called to ask about it, I was told they did not receive the battery back which was a crock as it was tracked as received. Called a garmin gps and a geography chip to go with it.They sent the wrong one.I had to ship it back on my own money.Then after 10 days they still say they still didn't get it.I was going on a vacation in a week and needed it.Ihad to buy the right chip and said I needed in 3 days for my trip.That will be 29.00 or so.I had to have it and paid that .Now i'm still not sure I will get the right one...
