I wasn't even a customer walking through with my phone and dropped it a Good Samaritan turned it in I went to the front desk to ask for my phone the manager was goofing off with her employee in the back forever to come to me and then I didn't know this Den but turned out the manager gave it to somebody else and wrong person and lied and did everything that she couldn't her way to stop me from figuring this out I asked the number for corporate nobody helped there's nothing online for corporate she was very rude and disrespectful I filmed it she didn't look for my phone and also I was told that she won't call any co-workers to see where they had put it she said I can come back every other day just want to see the tear to catch the employee she wouldn't tell me what was also she said that customer service would it help me because I wouldn't take care of the hotel so I went online and bought a room and made a reservation it was already paid for online. Then I was told I was on the do not rent list which has never happened she didn't know that I was living in Palm harbor In a house I will be pressing charges and suit. Turns out this woman new the whole time where my phone and instead o being a solution became became problem

Extended Stay Hotel - Incorrect Charge(s)

I stayed there 3 months. After the 1st month I got offered to pay a lesser premium because I stayed longer.

The Manager (Rachel) took it away a few weeks after she offered it to me. You can't do that. Then during the 4-day power outages here in Katy Texas, she made an unauthorized charge on my debit card, (which I did not give her, nor was in her presence) for 4 days. I took everything out and still got charged w/ no explanation why.

That's unacceptable, privileged, entitlement behavior. Customer Relations wouldn't honor giving me my money back.

They lie and give you the run around. Very unprofessional, I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at any of these extended stays.

I have several charges from this company on my card and I’ve only stayed there once and it was overpriced and then they allow my vehicle to be stolen they have had many reports over the years for you know that the parking lot not being secure and people using drugs and drinking on the on the parking on the premises and they never even thought to put a camera up but they allow someone else in a room having a camera pointed out towards the public and wouldn’t even assist me with the police or anything please never shut up in my vehicle never got returned and then they kicked me out I had nowhere to go I was about to start a job with that vehicle and then they charge my card and I lost all my money as well

Deceptive and Embezzlement

This place has gone above and beyond the normal expectations during Covid-19, which I expected from most situational issues and unknowns that have presented, such as ; everyone fend for yourself, To each their own and selfish , greedy, impersonal and careless disregard for their own actions and decisions, no one name to address , nor one simple reason or sense in the way thing la play out . They have 5 years of history visible to the public in which they average 85% bad reviews due to Dishonesty, Inconsistent and Unreliable practices in the Services , Hotel Cleanliness, Charges , , Maintence , Building Code vista dares and the fact that the standards are not compliant, nor are they safe and affordable, Staff is not , Attenvive , Teiaye ver arconditions of many rooms legally state, local

asbof nov 15 ihave paid over 800.00 for a room that i was assured at check in would decrease in price i was there from May 23 to Nov 12. with no promise of a decrease. my biggest concern was they said i was not making my weekly payments. i have bank statements as my proof. also several reported items never followed up on. example. breadspread ruined when washed from another guest leaving pen in washer and it exploded. i reported day it happened. she said she wrote it down. thi is just one thing. i supplied mgt with dates of my weekly payments. my sister nd son alao helped pay. they at one poimt charged my sister 350.00 for 1 week that date was sept. 1 they told me i had not been paying so that ia when i asked for and never got a payment history. so i supplied dates from my statements. then after i leave charge me, use my account, another 208.00 plusi incurred a check fee qof 32.00.iwant the money back in my account today. it hs caused me to not get needed food. i want an answer TODAY.

wai started my stay on may 23 an ended nov 13 of this year. in nov i was charged 535.00 for a week made me angry that she said i was at leastt 12 days behind. i have my bank statements as proof. also same girl charged my sister 350.00 on sept 1. she has on her statement as well. i have a payment for each week. now without my permission they have charged me agäin bringing my bank balance to a -208.00 fix this. do you want copies of my bank statements. i have. i asked for a print out 3 times never received. i went through and marked all payments for manager. they were applying my payment somewhere. i have an accounting degree and workedv in in 25 years. so i know a scam... put 250.00 back in my account today before my attorney contacts you. bbb has been notified.,

When arriving at hotel I was informed that the room I would be getting didn't have a T.V. The desk clerk said nothing else was available and I should call price line. After calling Priceline and not immediately getting my money back I'm sleeping in my truck. Thank you all for completely ruining my trip!

Don't stay there until entire staff is fired.

Employee who schedules room cleaning - has an attitude, missed Friday, was told Sunday evening to clean room on Monday. She was reminded Monday morning to clean room. She said "too late, I already scheduled rooms for Monday." Then, "forgot" to schedule room for Tuesday. I've been there 11 days and no room cleaning yet !!! Why put up with the attitudes ? Arrogant attitude and the manager WILL NOT DO SOMETHING with staff. Why would anyone stay here?

Making this as short as possible my relationship with extended stay here in bothell Washington has reached the boiling point after have spending close to $32000.00 in 3 years and 3 different hotels and having my truck stolen twice at 2 different hotels lost my complete tool collection that I make my living with valued used at $34000,00 all of my childhood memorabelia that was collected by my now deceased parents and recently lost all of my photo albums and the things my parents left to me all in this last theft with the truck parked near the office under the lights and in plane sight of the non working security cameras, and to top it off I left my truck there after checking out with the permission of the desk clerk because my fiance can't drive a stick and when the assistant manager returned from vacation they had it towed without any attempt to contact me or talk with her employees and not even looking to see the current parking permit that was issued by the hotel so when I returned to get it my truck was gone and after contacting the police found it had been impounded and was now gaining 58.00 a day plus the impound fee to the tunr of 1200.00 now to pick it up which I don't have all because they didn't follow their own procedures and the only reason I was staying there is because my house wasn't ready to move in and I thought I would give them one last try because they where conveniently close so now if I don't come up with 1400.00 in 5 days my 20,000 truck will be auctioned off!! This hotel chain is the most unfair and unprofessional company I have ever experienced in my life and if I had the 1400.00 I sure wouldn't feel that it was fair to have to spend it on this screwed up situation I would rather pay to put food on the table or better yet maybe quit one of my 2 jobs that I'm working to put my daughter through college as a single dad at this point all I've been able to do is hold it together for 18 hrs a day then go home and cry out of overwhelmed frustration. Thanks a lot extended stay you've made the last 3 years even worse than I thought it could get after looking my mom to cancer my dad a year later with heart disease my only buddy that made me feel not alone my dog Echo last year and now this I wish if only for a day you could feel the panic and pressure I'm feeling you couldn't handle it I don't know how I am I hope that someday you will be held accountable for the many lived you have affected in such a horrible way.

I wouldn't Recommend Extended Stay.This was the worse experience I have ever visited. You can only get maid service if you stay 7 days. Nothing was clean from the start, the dead bolt wouldn't lock, internt code to another, because we had to change do to someone booked the wrong room, trash was already in the trash can when we arrived.The roll away bed had a dirty sheet rolled up in the bed, hair in the tub. BE AWARE!! & Afraid!!! There breakfast consist of some cheap bars & muffins, They wouldn't even wipe down coffee containers or counter tops. Pitiful

Sold my room, not courtesy call!

I reserved a room using Orbitz. I arrived late after midnight only to find my room was sold. There was one person on staff. The manager was not there. The worker stated the employee before her sold my room because I arrived late. She was unapologetic and not helpful. She did not offer to find me another room, she did not offer to help me at all. I had no place to stay and apparently all the hotels in the area were booked. If I had received just a courtesy call, text, or email after my room was sold around 11PM, I could have stopped driving and found something where I was located. But, I drove all the way to Newport News from up north to be stranded. How can you sell a customers room and not notify them until they arrive? Orbitz stated on the itinerary late arrival was guaranteed, but failed to mention you had to call to state you would be late. If that is the policy, it MUST be stated on the itinerary like the other policies. I feel the customer service aspect was lost on both side with this situation.

Experience at Extended Stay in Englewood CO, Denver Tech Center

I had a reservation for two nights and when I arrived I was told the parking lot in front of the only room left for me was be repaired and I would have to park on the other side of the building or in the church parking lot across the street. Then I was told that the parking in front of my room would be available in a couple of hours, which would have been 7PM, so I chose to shop and have dinner and come back to unload when the parking would be open. While I was checking in an attendant was making calls to others with reservations informing them of the parking situation, but I was not notified. When I came back around 7PM the parking was still not open. I had to take my luggage around the building and to my room, very annoying. When I got to the room, it was dirty, all surfaces were covered with hair and dust, the bathtub had hair and dirt in it, and the phone didn't work. I checked the sheets and they were clean which is the only clean part of the room. I will never stay here again and if I can find another hotel tomorrow I will demand a refund and leave. I've traveled a lot and stayed in many different hotels and this is the absolute worse experience, in fact, I have never had an experience like this before. Never again will I stay in an extended stay hotel. The staff were apologetic, except the evening female attendant, who cut me off when I called stating she had other people at the desk. So, I assume the hotel had my money and didn't care about my concerns.

I am currently a guest at the EXTENDED STAY AMERICA in Appleton Wisconsin. I must say that the General Manager Jason Wolfe is the worst of all time. Everyone even animals have two ears one mouth and frankly that means you should listen more than you speak. Well the General Manager Jason has not grasped that concept yet and frankly I dont feel he ever will. He take the liberty of running someones credit card at free will which is highly disrespectful unethical n very unprofessional. He doesnt have any knowledge of his position at all. I have had to report him for the second time to corperate which is utterly ridiculous. However the front desk attendant by the name of Molly is amazing and should be the General Manager of this location with the property id 679. Molly is very attentive compassionate and superbly knowledgeable. The company should definetly make Molly the general manager and make Jason Wolfe resign. No guest that is paying should have to deal with Jasons crued rude and disrespectful attitude period.
