Give a round of applause to your “Employee of the month, Liz, employee # 72603”; she deserves a raise as you have trained her well…(Treat people like dirt; rip people off) February 16, 2014 I like to share my disappointing encounter with ”Experian and its representatives “!!! I received a “warning letter” from a reputable company “Experian” that a change in my information has been received and it... Read more

Experian has lost our business forever. In late October we got our credit scores online from Experion, as they advertised 3 credit scores for $1. We did not realize that our credit card would be charged $15 per month (per credit report, and there are 2 of us) until we cancelled. Their website if very misleading, advertising FREE credit scores everywhere, and only stating that there will be a... Read more

I signed up for what I thought was an experian credit account to help with a few issues I needed taken off my Credit report. They actually did it the very next day. I wanted to pull my credit report to see if it was taken off and then call and cancel. I couldn't sign in on Experian.com. I ended up paying the $1 charge to pull my Credit report. Saw what I needed and then I got an email that... Read more

I signed up for their free 7-day trial service and got scammed into their service. After being charged once the free trial expired (admittedly, my fault) I called to cancel. The lady hardly spoke English which wasn't surprising but what made me upset was that she didn't stop trying to make me purchase. She said "It seems like you have viewed your report and didn't report discrepancies so I'll go... Read more

The cosy relationship between Experian and Vanquis is costing People with a poor credit rating Millions of pounds. When you are accepted by Vanquis via their welcome telephone call, pressure is put on the customer to take out Protect MY ID, owned by Experian, No paperwork is received no signature is obtained, yet Experian deduct a monthly membership fee putting the customer further into debt.... I got charged $19.95 on top of the $1 advertise for my credit report. I kept calling to stop the charge and Experian custumer service agent kept trying to push me a monthly membership I didnt want. At the end he said I was already enrolled, would have a month of access and would not get the $19.95 back. Even after I told him numerous times I did NOT want to subscribe for anything, that all I did... Read more

Apply for an Apartment. The manager ran a credit report from onsite/experian show I had a large debt with PNC Bank which I never heard of. Call the bank and the bank manager puzzled and agreed that is an experian mistake but unwilling to provide any letter and email for me. Onsite can't do anything with Experian record. Call Experian and they demand I somehow I ran/paid an experian report. And... Read more

I enjoy monitoring my credit monthly and they have a great interface for that. However, they like to disguise their other company Protect my ID as experian and tell you your membership is expiring. So because I did want to continue my membership I "re-activated" all this really is a way for them to charge you another $15.95 per month. So not realizing this I just discovered I have been getting... Read more
