This company is retarted.... I had moved with my wife into a temporary address while we waited on the sale of our home to go through. When asking about an insurance claim, my wife mentioned she lives at the temporary address. They canceled my policy because the temp address was different than the one we had on file. Sucks..... esurance-You still have the wrong vehicle on my claim. This will result in an incorrect car fax report for my other vehicle. Your "managers" don't care about your policy holders, only about how good they look to their bosses! I've been with Esurance for about 3 years. Recently, my car 2004 Nissan 350z Roadster (also know as Black Mumba) was severely vandalized. E-surance auto insurance company has got to be the worst company to have your policy with. I was rear ended by an uninsured driver, and not only were they the rudest people I have ever come across in my life, but they declined payment from the party that had hit me!! I signed up for essurance auto insurance over the phone. I got liability insurance on a 1999 Nissan. I have never had an accident or tickets. My payments were still a whopping $91 month. I bought a 6 month policy from Esurance on October 14th. An hour later after reading about their horrible reputation and bad reviews online I called and cancelled the same policy with a person named Dawn telling her I decided to stay with my current company. The people at this company are truly rotten! They first quoted me something I thought to be a reasonably good deal when I initially spoke with them, and had me send them in over $130 for the first payment and fees. Basically holds me responsible for accident I didn't cause lied about what was covered when I bought policy. Worst customer service and claim processing time I have ever experienced.
