Dun And Bradstreet - Dun & Bradstreet Refuse to cancel services & continuous charges!
It has been a nightmare trying to cancel the service with Dun & Bradstreet. Say it's not policy to cancel when you call in, that someone has to call you back.
After a year of attempts with phone calls and emails they finally just cancelled my account because I stated I would go on every site and let consumers know that Dun & Bradstreet has a method that does not allow you to cancel.
I will be posting more on this process as i have escalated my dispute to my credit card provider and Dun & Bradstreet. THey are taking advantage of business owners and they need to be stopped.
Monetary Loss: $500.
