We had this happen twice, the first time was an $80 unauthorized withdrawal and we got the money back after arguing with them for 2 hours and canceling our auto pay! This time we moved out of direct tv ' service area. So they had no choice but to let us out of contract. All good right? Wrong! We are not even receiving service from them and have a new service. WHY AM I PAYING FOR THE SAME 20 YEAR OLD MOVIE *** THAT NOBODY LIKED IN THE FIRST PLACE ! I'M HOME BOUND AND IT'S BEEN THE SAME LOOSERS OVER AND OVER FOR 4 MONTHS NOW! June2013 l lost my job. Call told them to cut it off send me the boxes to send thier equipment back. BOXES NEVER CAME. I LEFT THE STATE IN JULY. DEC. Last week called to set up direct. Gave my credit card number and they took $21 from my account. They told me that I qualified for equipment. Then after they took credit card information I was told it would take over a week. I though5 about it that night and called and cancelled that morning. Wow, Directv has some horrible customer service! They lied and deceiving me into signing up. The ONLY reason I wanted to get Directv was because of the NFL Sunday Ticket. on Apirl 5th I talked with a supervisor Teresa and this person doesn't know customer service. This person need to be train she acted like i was taking away her time from doing whatever she was doing. I was interested in changing TV provider if internet reached my rural area. Could not get any informantion about it unless I started with new information to start new TV service. I simply needed to know if it was possible before agreeing to start information on new TV service. All Sioux Falls residents beware of *** artist at the verizon store on 41st st, Terry Tupy sells dish/direct tv ( satellite solutions). This two faced piece of *** lied directly to our faces. I call direct-tv and told the we were moving to move our service to new location they moved it. The DIRECT-TV SEVICE WOULD NOT WORK WE PUT UP WITH THAT FOR 6 MONTHS.
