My father-in-law attempted suicide and was estimated to die before my flight home. I called Delta to see if I could get a flight one day earlier than scheduled. They were "generous" enough to waive the $200 change fee, but wanted to charge me $249 for the difference in tix price. Really? I needed to switch out one passenger due to illness of one of the passengers going on a recent business trip. Delta would refused to do so and keep all dollars paid. To add insult to injury their suggestion was to buy a new ticket from them for $650.00 for the substitute passenger. Instead, I booked the substitute passenger on another airline for $163.00. In November, 2013, I booked a Business Class flight, by telephone to a Delta Air lines office in Salt Lake City. The booking was for a KLM flight from Amsterdam to Panama City, Panama. My debit card was accepted and an email was immediately sent as confirmation. However, I later found that instead of debiting my account, Delta had credited my account with the price of the ticket! Tried to redeem my Skymiles and discovered that they're only good for magazines and newspapers unless you have a Delta credit card ($$$$$/year cost). Not bad enough that they didn't have food on SFO/MPLS flight and also no movie ... the Skymiles are virtually useless, too. Back to AA for me. Christian Brown, a wounded warrior and double amputee returning from Afghanistan, suffered horrible treatment on your airline. crew members refused to allow the man to switch seats with other willing customers who were willing to change seats to better accommodate him. crew members ran his wheel chair into seats and left him. other customers commented on how badly the service man was treated.... Delta Airways flight 418 621pm tv in seat 16D has a loud buzzing sound from the headphone jack. Tried 3 different headphones, none changed it. Even with the tv off it still has a loud noise. Couldn't watch tv on the entire flight to MXP. Notified flight attendant at 7:10pm. They moved me to seat 27A where I realized it was economy so I moved back to my seat in Economy Comfort.
