Culligan poisoned our drinking water & made our family sick. Culligan water, Inc. installed & maintained a faulty whole house potassium water treatment system that poisoned our drinking water. My family was physically harmed, and while Culligan admitted to their negligence causing the poisoned water, they refuse to take action to prevent further damage to others. We requested that... After purchasing a home in June, 2011, the house came with well water treated by Culligan water softener. After the first week of living in my new house, I noticed red rings around bathroom sink drain, brown rings in toilet bowl, brown stains in dishwasher walls, spots on glasses and after 6 months I noticed a smell in the water when taking a shower. After complaining to Culligan about these... Read more

We live in an area with totally undrinkable water unless you have a system, due to iron so high the water is almost red. So, we have a chlorine and iron tank, plus a water softener. This system was purchased by the former owner days before we closed on the house four years ago. It has been nothing but a problem ever since. The local Culligan franchise doesn't make it any better. They only... Read more

Tony, Had a message to you today. Your rep stated that you would call me. You did not. That following my email to you asking you to contact me. That does not feel so good. Originally, when I first called Kalispell Culligan, after my renters had given me short notice and that no one from Culligan had advised me that they had not been paying on your water conditioning system for over a year,... I have paid over $5000 for a complete system that included: water softener , carbon tank, salt tank and reverse osmosis. When the sale rep sold us the system he said it would cost very little or a small fee to move the system for us if we had to move. Well, that small fee turned out to be over $600. First they quoted me $250, then the $250 grew to over $600. The worst and most misleading company... Read more

Well to speak on behalf of my parents who have had to pay an arm and a leg and then when it breaks down they forgot mention that there would be an extra charge on top of everyhthing they have paid for warranty and now that it needs to be fixed they charged them 90$ just to check it and 800 just to fix the *** thing. So now they're either off to get a new one or just deal with not having one looks... Read more

Paid for the West Branch Michigan Culligan Man to come out to start up my softener for the summer. Realized after I'd called in a payment that they hadn't finished. Asked if they could tell me how to finish hooking it up. The service man said no, he'd come back to finish. Surprised when I got a bill in the mail for the second visit. I was sure that it was an accounting error but NO: the owner... Read more

In short I purchased a reverse osmosis system and water softener and I had non stop issues from the moment it was installed. They wouldn't refund my money completely so I was stuck partially paying for an item that was defective to begin with. The customer service dept didn't care they just wanted their money. I've never dealt with such incompetence at every level from the installer,... Read more

This culligan company @ Roxford St in Slymar CA are charging me fees even if they did not exchange my tank. When I called the office to complain about this their customer service were very rude and when I asked to speak to their supervisor hoping for a better service still the same reception (rudeness) I received. They are claiming that even if no tank exchange was made I would still be liable... Read more
