Found an object in my food.
I ordered food from the cookout on Wilmington st in Raleigh NC. My first bite I found a twist tie in my walking taco. I take the food so they can see it I also got videos and pictures to show. The cashier said to me that she don't know how it got there because the doritos are freshly open then she explained that it came from the cheese because they keep the bread over the cheese. Negligence!!! Im so grossed out not to mention I have a fresh lip peircing that was hit by the wire.

Poor customer support.
On February 8, 2024 my wife and I stopped at Cook Out in Brunswick, GA for an evening milkshake. Ordinarily the milkshakes are very good at the one that we generally patronize in Wilmington, NC.
This time in Brunswick was terrible! I ordered a Reese's peanut butter shake and received from the car-through one that had virtually no discernable flavor. When I got to the bottom of the milkshake I found syrup that had not been mixed along with several flakes of chocolate. I also found out why I had milk shake on my clothing---The container had *** in the bottom apparently noticed by the young women who were servicing the drive thorough window.
I know this since they both were checking the milkshake as I was stopped to pay. I wrote to Cook Out to register a complaint. and I got a one line note that they were sorry for the problem. The person responding did not even offer a solution nor coupon to this very good customer.
Cook Out has lost this customer.
I personally would NEVER recommend stopping at Cook Out. Their customer service i completely lacking.
