he cared and got my company phones and fax all working and is also getting my call forwarding up and running...this man gets the job done and there would be no complaints if all Cbeyond employees followed his work ethic....every system breaks down -once in a while but it is customer service that makes all of the difference our business depends on communications for our customers and without these... BEWARE - WORST COMPANY EVER!!!. We have been without phone service for the last 9 days and Cbeyond still doesn't know how to resolve he problem. Their customer service is a joke. Everytime you call them you are on hold for at least 40 minutes before they answer the phone. I am seeking to start and or join a class action suit against them. Cbeyond provides our phone system and their customer service person said we had over 60 service tickets. I am seeking to join any class action suit that might be formed. In almost every instance the service goes down, or works inadequately, they blame us for Maxing out our system. With 1 computer on, they have blamed us for maxing out the system. I have had service with "Time Warner Cable" through this "contractor" Cbeyond Communications, Llc - Mi. I don't know who these jokers are, but I had been out of work for 6 months and finally had to let go of my cable. One of their agents showed up on my front porch to collect the cable equipment. DO NOT USE CBEYOND!!! We used Cbeyond from 9/2013 until 11/29/2014. We told them the start that we never do more then 1 year contract and they agreed to that stipulation. We signed with Cbeyond as our provider for internet/phones here at our medical clinic. We told the sales person what we needed to be able to do here and he assured us that their T1 would be plenty for our needs. Since we have had them our download speeds have reached .18 Mbps and I have actually had doctors lose all their medical information in the middle of creating their notes due to the poor... Read more

I lose service with Cbeyond and they site every possible reason someone else is at fault instead of taking responsibility and helping me with a solution. They get their feelings hurt because I am mad about our lost revenue and pass me over to their PR and Social Media...not sure how they can fix technical issues. this company is the biggest bunch of bs that i have ever seen. they sold us a t 1 and said "oh yes it can handle your ONE screen " that we need to watch out tow trucks. from the get go the phones have cut out. can't ever reach anyone can't get phones fixed can't get anyone to call bacak, the customer service is total ***.. talked to a manager.. that *** never called back either.. this company is... This is the worst service I have ever had. The customer service is terrible as well. They try to hold you to a contract that they themselves do not keep. I spoke to my lawyer and cancelled my service, they continue to bill me after confirming that they received my cancelation. My lawyer informed me that is they send us to collection or sue us for cancelling the contract that we have a conter... Read more

We canceled our contract, gave over 60 days notice and I have spent over a month trying to get them to port 2 numbers to our new carrier. There is one reason or another for delays even though we are jumping through their hoops. This means they have not canceled our service and charged us another $600+ for their slow T1. Beyond this problem they have had repeated outages for up to 7 days long! ... Read more
