I was in need of a small financial relief, I applied for a $600 loan through an online payday loan website that forwarded my application to this company. Until I had dealings with Castle Payday I thought that loan sharking was illegal in the USA.

Nowhere in any of the information they supplied did it state that they would re-originate my loan every 2 weeks and charge me another $210 finance charge every time. It also wasn't disclosed that they are a "tribal entity" in any place other than in really fine print that isn't readable without vision assistance in the legal portions of the Terms and Conditions. As a "tribal entity" it doesn't matter what laws they break because they are immune from any prosecution under US law that they live under. After I realized what they were and what they were doing as far as the fees by the time I was able to get enough of a chunk of money together to pay them off a $600 loan with a finance charge of $210 as they told me when I applied has ended up costing me $2061.25 and that was for a 3 1/2 month time frame!

I cannot believe that they are allowed to do something that the government went after organized crime for decades ago. I guess it goes to show you that organized crime is alive and when still in the USA.

Monetary Loss: $1251.

It is better to work out before engaging lawsuit work. I suggest to consult fundmycase.com or lawmax.com. They are professionals and will provide complete assistance

I got a loan from them of 250 I was paying them back until I real they was charging me interest with each payment. Then I was told it went into collection which they told me I then owe 1700. They are no good and the interest is two high.

Wow. So you didn't read the fine print, and now have a problem with what they are charging you?

How is that smoke and mirrors when you don't read the fine print? Hahahahahahahahahaha

Why wouldn't you ask to have the terms and conditions read to you?!?!

they refer you to them, they won't read them to you. and I was referring to how everything they put out there is a smoke and mirror tactic.
