I ordered a skirt for my daughter and when it arrived, it was the wrong one. I didnt even see the one they sent on the website and would not have looked at it if I had. I paid $21 to ensure 2 day delivery for a dress that my daughter needed to wear for an event that was happening in 4 days. The dress came in too late. Purchased several items which after I got home noticed they were damaged. The store would not return or refund my money. So I exchanged one item for the same item with hopes it would not be damaged. I ordered through PayPal and the merchant info was wrong and dishonest. The number was disconnected and email was wrong. I kept trying to call them and email and they didn't answer. When I went to Brandy, I thought that the experience would be awesome. I saw many cute clothes, and cute accessories. Then, I found out that something was not quite right about Brandy Melville. Shipping costs were RIDICULOUS compared to how much i was purchasing- it was being shipped to Canada. Probably one of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Two different items came damaged, one of which I noticed immediately because it was STAINED! The second item i noticed later when I took it out of package to wear and noticed a hole in the shirt!
