I ordered $400 worth of clothing including 2 pairs of shoes. The box arrived was so small there was no way the shoes could have fit. Both pairs were listed as shipped in this box. I feel like I placed an order with a Mexican company. The customer service person didnt apologize or offer to replace. He just said he was to take my word for it and credit my account. Very weird. On november 2, 2013 I placed an order for a few clothing I picked as christmas gifts. A month later a received an email saying the items where back ordered but I will receive all my items before christmas. Christmas passed and I contacted customer service explaining that the merchandise has not arrived but I will receive it january 6. I contact customer service again, and received an email today... Boston Proper once again tries to rip me off - they shipped a completely different warm up trying to see if they can pass it by without me noticing - see the PDF as they are completely different - I sure don't see any resemblance. Boston Proper is horrible - when I order items online - I assume they are in stock and I'll will get them. NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time I order from them, at least one or two items don't arrive - no explanation nothing from them. I received a gift for Christmas from Boston Proper that was too big on me. I intended to exchange it for something else. When I finally found something I liked, they wouldnt let me because it was "outside of their 60 day return/exchange policy." I have emailed and called and tried to escalate the situation to a manager and NObody at Boston Proper cares. I was as nice as I could be to everyone... Read more

I have ordered shorts before a vacation, months in advance, knowing this company. After 8 weeks was notified would not be available after being advertised in catalog. Same problem with a pair of 190 boots. Then sizing has now become an issue. M tanks are HUGE and dresses are "Barbie " with fiercely fitted? So Chicco's buys out Boston Proper, what a nightmare! The catalog seems just like Chicco's same old boring clothes anybody can find out there in any store. They took away who Boston was, unique, pretty, sexy and not everyone bad it in there ward robe. Bring back Boston!!! I ordered over $300 worth of clothes from BP and some were on 30 day backorder, which was fine and would still make it in time for my vacation. Placed an order for clothing needed for a trip and received shipping notification. Not receiving or hearing anything for a week I called and was told "the order went out yesterday." I was told I could reorder the items at my expense with next day air to receive them on time.
