My husband and I went to Blinds to go in Wilmington, DE with our measurements and we already had the type of blind in mind. We waited over 2 hours just to see a store associate to order and pay for the blinds we wanted. Once we paid, the store associate said to call back to confirm the measurements, well we have been calling for over 3 days and haven't been able to confirm the measurements since... Read more

We went to blinds to go to purchase pleasant blinds at a relatively competitive price. I consulted with the "blinds consultant" at the store near me, and we decided mounting the shades as an inside mount would be most esthetically pleasing. I had an expert from their store come and measure the blinds, and a few days later the shades were installed. Immediately after they were installed we noticed... Read more

I purchased my first 2 Blackout shades in 2003 and they had a foil backing in the shade itself.I then purchased 2 more for my sons room in 2005 and they changed the style from foil lined to a"better" style. In 2006 i purchased a blackout shade for my daughters room and it was the same style with no foil. When i hung my daughters blind i realized the blinds in the boys room is filtering light in.I... Sales staff doesn't work with the customer. Store will not accept responsibility for their error. All they want is your order and money. Once they have that, they're done with you. Call customer service at head office, they won't help you. If there's a problem, they want additional money before they will do anything and how much they want seems to be an amount pulled out of the sky. I've... Read more

Sales help was professional, but there is ZERO quality control at the factory. Parts missing, valance made on wrong type of base, so it was impossible to assemble and took me over an hour to call the store in frustration, shade actually fell off the roller when hung in the middle of the night (scaring the *** out of my daughter) All the problems were theirs and they agreed to replace, but now I... Ordered white wood, plantation style shutters for every window in my new home. They looked nice but one set of three which were large and long, had an issue after a few months. Some of the slats randomly among the group warped and curled. I took them back and they said they had no clue why but fixed them and returned them to me. They replaced all the curled slats. Now after a few years all the... Read more

Just had $18,000, $18K worth of windows installed in our home, so we decided to get new blinds to complement them. My wife suggested we try BTG instead of Home Depot where we usually go for blinds, and NEVER had any problems. We got to the counter and found a sign-in sheet for everyone to use. A good idea, so people that walk in later don't end up getting served before someone that has been... Read more

DON"T BUY THEIR C-RAP. They don't care about their wrongfully made product no matter how accurate your measurements are! The product does not fit the measurements. They admit their mistakes and tell you too bad. They could care less if I or even any one us writes to warn everyone what *** they produce, and care so little about taking responsibility. Trust yourself. If we are taking the time... Read more

If you are looking for blinds do not even consider using this company. I can't believe they are still in business! 2 months and I am still waiting for them to install the last 2 blinds, of the 6 I order, that came broken!!!! I keep getting put off for installation and cannot even get compensation! There are basically kids running the store and even people in corporate don't care! So frustrating!... Read more
