It sold in a package of 2 chairs

Description

Set of 2 velvet chairs, solid wood armless Cent chairs with nailhood trim an back ring pull.

I hired someone to put together first chair was fine

We got to second chair (4268****).

The last thing to go on were the DEFEctive legs. This is a safety issue

In closing in the 2nd one legs are defective . I have a picture!

Unless I take that chair apart and the second chair part and put them in a box they will not take it back so I'm out $253 plus tax and the money I paid for the warranties it is defective all I want is to send the defective chair back and receive my money back or Make or exchange for another chair

I received my rug and it is damaged. Tried calling assistance number it connects to a medical alert company. Looked online and every number is disconnected. Tried emailing it was rejected by recipients. I am very disappointed in my purchase. You can't get in touch with any customer service for help. I will dispute with my credit card company.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent purchase from Bed Bath and Beyond/Overstock. On January 22, 2024, I ordered a vanity set, item number 42261****, expecting it to match the description provided online.

However, upon receipt, it became evident that the product does not meet my specifications or expectations. The vanity set appears more suitable for a child's room, lacking the quality and height expected for adult use. The mirror has creases and seams not evident in the online images, making it look cheap and unfinished. Despite providing visual evidence, Bed Bath and Beyond's response has been inadequate, leaving me frustrated and seeking assistance for a refund and fair compensation for the inconvenience and expenses incurred.

Their insistence on donating the item before issuing a refund, despite my physical limitations following knee surgery, is unreasonable and burdensome.

Attempts to contact them have been met with long wait times and unfulfilled promises of callbacks. I implore for assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I too have order a significant amount of items and spent my money but I find it rather odd that they could take their payment from my checking account but it's almost been a year and i haven't receive the products I ordered!,I will never shop with them again. Ordered a rug from Bed Bath and beyond, which we have ordered before and have an account. Also ordered pad.

Things went funny when we saw the charge to a name we didnt recognize. We couldnt get any tracking numbers and order didnt show up on our account! I called a couple of times trying to see if you could find my order to no avail. Did mention that maybe your site had been hacked and they were going to look into it and get back to us?

At this point I called our credit card company and filed a complaint!

Two days later a rug came by FedEx and pad later by UPS.

The box was taped very badly with clear tape with crinkles and holes in it.

When we opened the box, there was a folded rug (10X14).

Never seen one folded, always rolled.We took the rug out next day and saw right away that the print was darker at one end than the other end. Various sections are miscolored.

At this point, we want to return the rug. I suspect someone before us got the rug and noticed the same thing.

Unfortunately, we dont know who to contact.

Labels on box are Bed Bath and Beyond, Calhoun, Ga. Looks like shipping originated in Ontario, Calif.

Did find the kind of wrapping used when a rug is rolled inside of folded rug.

Please advise.

I purchased a 10x13 rug in August -by mid October it had latent defects popping out in the form of loose strands along one long section of the rug. Bed Bath and Beyond said too bad no warranty. End of story. Pathetic to not stand behind their products- and no manufacturer warranty either!! Consumer beware. Ugh

I ordered from them July 29, 2023 3 different orders and have never received anything at all this was a total rip off in the amount of $65.54

Not getting what I ordered , I was very sick November 2020 and I couldnt go back to work. I dont even drive anymore so all I can do is set at my house and look on Facebook so I can order things for my grandkids for Christmas. And December 16, 2023 I ordered from Big Lots in the amount $ 51.98 got nothing from them at all

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Full reimbursement instead of label with free return.

The return label would probably be more expensive than the value of the item to be returned. So they finally decided to fully reimburse.

I ordered a wooden cutting board ($53.49), the size however was too big for my kitchen countertop. So I requested a free return label which they categorically refused to issue.

The cost of return would be for my own account which they did not mention in their online return policy. I cannot return it to their store since they don't exist anymore, only online. For 2 weeks I have been going back and forward but they refused to cooperate. They offered 50% discount which does not make the board smaller.

The board just does not fit on my countertop. I am not looking for a discount. I just want to return the item and be reimbursed. Conclusion: BB&B with this attitude has no right to exist anymore.

I advise buyers to stay away from this company and buy from other serious companies with a correct return policy. The new online BB&B has nothing to do with the great BB&B which it was in the past.

Purchased an item that was absolutely not as shown on the website. Similar product but a very cheap imitation of what was shown in the picture. They wanted over 40% of the purchase price for return shipping. They ignore inquires concerning the return and filter reviews on the poor quality products they send in place of what they advertise. ended up receiving only a portion of what I spent as a refund.

Massive ISSUE with your Poor Customer service

Ordered a Living room suit and an Ottoman with you all

(order # 41688****. 2 pcs suit , suit came and was

damaged, contacted you all and they said they would ship

another one...

which they did (order # 42087****). Item

came couple weeks later, in between its arival we

discovered it was poor quality and called and said we just

wanted a refund and have items returned.

These transactions were not ordered through the Jacksonville, Florida store. They were ordered online via Facebook Marketplace. I’ve tried to contact Facebook Marketplace for assistance, but no response from facebook.

In mid July, I ordered merchandise from an internet site featured on Facebook Marketplace for my daughter (Hannah Hendrickson), and myself (Sherry Martin), Both of these sites were using the BBB logo and the sites were stating that they were representing BBB by offering warehouse merchandise at liquidation/bankruptcy prices. These sites are continuing to advertise on Facebook Marketplace!

They also used a trusted store logo on their home page. I have been trying to communicate with the customer service representatives via the email address that they provided on the orders to no avail. I have not received any of the merchandise and my credit card was charged for the orders. In addition, I had to cancel my credit card a few days after placing the orders because a $9,000.00 fraudulent charge was attempted on my credit card.

I will attach a few of the screenshots I took of the orders when I placed the orders.

Unfortunately, When I would try to track the orders, I would get a safari error notification.
Im hoping that the new BBB/Overstock will research these companies and hold them Accountable for misusing the BBB logo and misleading consumers into purchasing goods, taking their charge card information and then not delivering the merchandise. Especially since they are continuing to advertise on Facebook marketplace.
I hope you can help me get my merchandise.

i ordered a shower wrap for my daughter but was disappointed in the quality. I sent it back USPS on December 27th. The tracking shows that it arrived in early January. When I contact them, I am told that they have not received it yet. It is hung up somewhere within their company and I have not gotten the credit. It's now mid-February
