The cashier rang me out for my total. I accidentally forgot I had a coupon for 20% off. I asked if can I still use it. She gave me attitude and saId I have to total everything up again. I told her I was sorry. She didn't speak to me or look at me. I had a bottle of IN THE WILD lotion, and when I got to the end of it, an earring came out with it. NASTY NASTY that something that was in someones ear, which couldve been dirty, infected, etc etc has been festering in that bottle since their warehouse. I usually use coupons on my phone at BBW. Me and my mom went in as I needed some more wallflower bulbs and I had a coupon for a free candle. The woman rudley told me "UM, we dont accept thoese!!!" At the beginning of November, my daughter and I started our Christmas shopping. Call 9 pm during Christmas shopping season to confirm store hours. Told the store will be open until 10 pm. Arrive 9:35 to find store gates down. I placed order with BBW and did not ship several days later. I later asked five times for the package to be cancelled. After all that they continued to ship the package but was then informed by email that they would just have the package sent back to them and if charges would be dropped or credited. I get it. You want sales. You train your sales people to come up to us and ask us about the products. Ok. But your workers are humans, they are not lost puppies. I am human.
