After several attempts to contact the Audibel main office for help, our calls were ignored and promises of return calls never recieved. Audibel is out for the almighty dollar and patients fall under deaf ears (literally). Company tends to fluctuate cost of their product by thousands of dollars due to insurance allowable rates. When the initial fee may start at $7000.00 and the insurance company... Read more

When I purchased my hearing aid, I was told as soon as I signed that it would cost me two hundred seventy four dollars if I changed my mind. I didn't understand why the fee, when the contract could have been voided, this is not a custom in the ear hearing aid and the order had not been placed. It was so convenient to inform me of this after I signed. The disclosure is on the back of the page and it... Read more

As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with a certificate in Audioprostolgy and proprietor of a "chain", I have to say a few things. An audiology degree does not make a better fitter, in Georgia an audiologist, takes the exact same test as a hearing aid dispenser. I have been a dispenser for 3 years and am qualified to care for my patients because I’m an intelligent, caring person who... Read more

My in the ear Audibles cost approximately $5000 and I thought that this company would be safer to deal with than all the quick pitch companies. I think I was wrong. After several adjustments, I became frustrated with settings and stopped wearing them. After several months I decided to give them another try. The right ear aid no longer worked. I then opted to have it repaired. After a few... Read more

My mother died December 4, 2012. She had Anthem hearing aids the had goten in 2009 from Audibel in Starke, FL. The night she died, I took her hearing aids to my husband who had been losing his hearing for years, and asked him to try them. He immediately could hear - a miracle! BUT, one of them was a little too loud. We called the Audible office in Starke, explaining what had happened, and... Read more

My husband purchased Audibel hearing aids in December 2008 at a cost of 3000.00 at the Hearing Health Care Center in Sherman, Texas. He had an accident with the left side one, it fell off the coffeetable and was run over by the vacuum cleaner before the orriginal one year unconditional warrenty period was up, they did not replace it, instead sent it off for repair and it has never been right, it...
