I had ATT U-verse installed in my home. Upon installation, I was told that I prequalify for a cell phone. I HAVE HAD HOME PHONE AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET WITH AT&T FOR YEARS. ABOUT A MONTH AGO I DECIDED TO CANCELL THE HOME PHONE ON THE ACCOUNT. Terrible Experience with Adding a LINE with Att Wireless Problem 1-Added 4th line to account and was told by REP she would combine ALL lines into the New 10gb data plan. 1 month billing cycle go by. First they said I could lower my bill by getting one of the new plans. They don't tell you that your going to be prorated and still charged for the old plan. Now my bill is twice as high as before.
