I had several issues with my phone including software issues, broken screen, and the inability of the phone to charge (after trying to charge it with multiple chargers, I know it's the phone's issue.) I received my phone back with the charging still not working as well as a NEW problem- now I also can't be heard when calling others. On Sept. 5th we purchased an extended service plan for our refrigerator in the amount of $369.95 from KitchenAid, who then insures it through Assurant Solutions. Within this year our refrigerator which is under extended warranty protection by Assurant has had 11 repair visits (Not including years prior). Currently our refrigerator is going to make 1 month where it's completely dead and Assurant doesn't seem to think that's a major problem. That's right 1 month, 30 days, completely dead! WOW THIS SITE WORKS! The Monday after I wrote this review about Assurant and A&E, I heard from Assurant. Several people talked to me and listened to my unhappy dealings with them and A&E. Then Patrice Eastman called me on the phone. Home Depot had already agreed to replace my LG WASHER. I was still out $400 on replacing the floor and Assurant sent me a check with apologies. We repeatedly got notices from Assurant that our washer and dryer set would very soon be out of warranty. Since these are top of the line appliances my husband renewed. The software is totally ***. You buy it but then it asks you to buy individual feature after a week. Nothing works as advertised and on top, the daily reminders to buy what should have come standard are really annoying. For example, it only store 7 days of data so you need to spend money to get more data storage for a year. The screen shots feature counts screen shots and you need to buy more... Read more

I called on 6/30/11 to tell them my parts came in and they scheduled an appt. for 7/1/11 from 1-5pm. I called at 12:30pm and they confirmed the appt and said they didn't know when, but from 1-5pm.
