I loved my jacket which I wore during winter in Florida.and chose to spot clean it until this year when I noticed the care label said machine wash in cold water dry flat, etc. Those instructions completely ruined my jacket and ended up tossing it after several attempts of trying to get AT to replace it for me or refund my money. Upon walking up to the register at Ann Taylor Loft on 49th btwn 5th and 6th at 3:40pm on Friday (2/7/2014), I informed the associate that I would like to have my 6 items price checked prior to having them rung up. I bought a black and white sweater from the LOFT about a year ago. I've worn and washed the sweater just a few times, but the last time I washed it (per the washing instructions on the label), the black bled into the white parts of the sweater. I ordered before xmas when the website guaranteed that I would get my order by the 24th. Right after I ordered, the site showed that I could expect my delivery 1/2. When I contacted Customer Service I was promised I would receive it in time for xmas. i was told my Loft account closed in November 2013. I had TWO accounts..didn't know that! I opened a LOFT mastercard in July 2013. In November the account that was CLOSED was a LOFT card from 2010! I didn't understand because I had JUST opened a Loft Mastercard account this July. Why didn't the salespeople see that i had an open account? instead, the opened a NEW LOFT store card!!! LOFT has non existent customer service!! I ordered a pair of cords for my daughter and instead received a ghastly black sweater. When I called them, they told me I had to return the sweater and "oh gosh, what you ordered is now sold out". I tracked down a pair myself in Philadelphia (I am in California) and now I have to go into a loft store to order them! At least I can leave the ghastly black... Read more

I ordered a sweater from Loft. They said it was out of stock, but did not refund my credit card. I emailed and called them about this. Their sales associate response was, "rest assured, your credit card has been refunded" it was not. I had to file a complaint with my credit card. Customer service is AWFUL!!!! I placed an order online. The package was stolen after it was delivered at my home (per the tracking). You people put customers through *** to get reimbursed for their stolen goods. You act like customers are lying about it when they call.
