I booked a room for one night. I wasn't expecting a four-star hotel. But hoped for the bare essentials. I had no running water in the bathtub due to faucet broken, someone next door bashing something up against the wall, and semen stains on the bed linens. Their ad should be re-worded to properly inform consumers that you do not get 2 pair of glasses $69, you get 2 pair of frames. You have to pay for the lenses that go in to the frames. That is a HUGE difference. $420.00 for my $69 glasses and if you don't buy them they charge you for the eye exam. First, this hotel claims to be the an Airport Hotel, but it is 8 miles away in a region that is considered one of the most violent of NJ. It cost me $ 35 to get a taxi because the courtesy van was not available when ordered. bought glasses plus long term protection,they had no protection for bad product that they provided,not even 30 day warrenty.They made me use the protection i bought for long term for there bad workmanship,within 30 days of purchase. When I first came into the office on 3/6/12 it was a chilly reception to say the least. From then on it got worse. They could not find my chart and told me I have not been to the office since 2009. It was such a horrible experience. First, they messed up on our appt., 2nd, they have very poor customer service! Not worth the time, the effort, and the very little money you will save! I made an appointment for my 2 daughters & my husband. And the customer rep for the eye glasses have the nerve to tell me "I have a lot of customers after you, so you need to make up your mind on what you want" .... Read more

I have no complaint about the glasses themselves. I imagine they are as good as any comparably priced glasses from other stores. But that is the catch. They market big-time the "two for $69.99" deal to get the gullible in the door, with big posters all over the store. But the real price for decent glasses is written nowhere. Waste of time, inaccurate prescription, went back twice and both times they were unwilling to re-exam. So two return appointments and both times I was sent away unsatisfied. Doctor, if he really is that, was unwilling to re-exam, just wanted to argue, he was not concerned about making it right for the customer. We attempted to stay at this hotel but could not because it was disgusting and made me want to vomit. They expect us to pay for hotel rooms with duct tape holding the carpet down, wasps nests on the ceiling, and mold in the tubs. The bedding was threadbare and the carpets and furniture were stained.
