I started receiving calls from this company today at 8:05 am pacific time. It's now almost 1:30pm and I've just received me 23rd call. Yes. 23! I am on the national do not call list. This last week I've been on hold a total of 30 hours altogether. Three months ago it was different. I moved and need to get another primary Dr. but can only do that by talking to someone there. Their "member" web site doesn't work and I stay on hold until my battery dies. They get over 800 a month from medicare and earn none of it. I need meds immediately but can't see a doc. I have been paying the same premium they invoice me for and now I have been told my dental insurance was never deactivated as of Jan 1. They want back pay of 1100 because their system will not let them create a gap in policy. All the people I talked admit it was an error on the company's behalf but nobody higher up will approve the gap. Add comment

Ever since the Affordable Care Act, my premiums have gone up and the customer service has plummeted. (800) 260-8808 Go the bathroom before calling, you'll be on hold for awhile. Have your problem summarized in your head and let 'em have it. It seems that their protocol is to then have a local branch manager call you back. That is one way to speak to someone local instead of some random person on the other side of the country. When we receive a package from Apria, it's become a joke - "I wonder what we've been sent this time!?!?". The order is rarely correct. The ordering process is cumbersome because the staff do not seem to have access to my son's regular recurring orders.
