Yesterday my mastercard was charged (5 times, to an amount totaling about $400) from "OnlyFans.com London GB". I have never had any kind of OnlyFans account, not to mention that I live in Canada.

I've already talked to my bank on the phone about it, disputed the pending charges paid to you, and shut down my credit card entirely. Thanks for that!

Your company now needs to identify which of your "users" decided to fraudulently use my credit card details for hundreds of dollars worth of *** subscriptions, then permanently ban them from ever using your platform again.

Don't contact me unless you need more details to pursue the fraud charge you should be submitting. Also, your website UX is dogwater.

As if I'd ever create an account with you just to register a support ticket for fraud. Get real.

Spirit Airlines - Very poor treatment from one member on the plane.

My husband and I were travelling from Orlando MCO to Detroit DTW, that arrived in Detroit around 7:45 am on Saturday, March 23, 2024. Our overall experience was nice.

We had a mix up with our tickets, however the service rep over the phone corrected it, As we were disembarking, a very rude worker was rushing us off the plane. He was a black man that stood about six feet two or three and stocky. This gentleman was very rude and disrespectful. He was rushing us off the plane saying that they had to get something to eat.

My husband told him he was being a little rude. He made it very clear that he did not care. I let him know my displeasure in the way he was talking to my husband. My husband is 71, recovering from surgery and was moving slowly.

He continued to respond very nastily. This person needs training or time off for misrepresenting your company so terribly.

Thanks for allowing me to express my concerns. AgaiRn, our overall service from Spirit and all of the employees at DTW was very good,

My parcel still hasn't been delivered, every time I get a message stating that my parcels' delivery was delayed and delivery will be rescheduled. When delivery gets rescheduled I still don't get my parcel, it's some other courier that delivers my parcel, it's not the one that usually come.

The new courier can't even get out of his vehicle to hand you the package and give you the paper to sign, he just sits there and sticks it out the window and expect you to walk after him.

It's nonsense, and I'm getting fed up with it. I pay delivery fee and I paid for my package, but my stuff can never be delivered on time like It's supposed to, and when you call nobody answers their phones.

If this keeps carrying on like this, takealot will lose a customer!

This Whitehat Junior takes handsome money from parents for their kids' enrollment. In earlier days, Teacher Connect was dedicated to students, but nowadays, teachers join in Whitehat Junior to earn money in their spare time; they do not bother with the availability of students and do not consider their schooling time whenever weekly off they want to take classes as they wish to spend their time with family if anyone tries to contact with Whitehat office, then their no relationship manager, earlier there used to assign dedicated relationship manager, if you have any concern you can send only email which may answer only working days.

Now that Whitehat Junior's quality of education is inferior, this is our personal experience. Think was before you enrolled your kids in Whitehat Junior.

A man came to my door with a package with Lazada stickers all over it . I told him it wasnt mine as I only ordered 2 large packages.

He said it had my name and address on it so I had to pay 284,000.

I kept telling him its not mine but he said I have to pay .

I payed for it and when I open it , it had a cup of dirt ( soil) in a plastic bag .

Unless this gets fixed , I will never buy from Lazards again , and at this stage I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I also brought a pool float and pumped it up and it was down by the morning .

I hadnt even got it in the pool . Pumped up and went down again .

Please Lazards help me fix these problems??!

I bought a "Custom 2 Bundle Pick Any 2 Native Plugins" where I chose Manley Massive Passive EQ and Capital Chamber

and I bought separately Helios Type 69 with a custom bundle using my two coupon codes on 26th March 2024.

I have two iLok, these plugins already activate my 1st iLok, but I want it in my 2nd iLok so I purchased it again. But in my iLok

account it is not showing 2nd license.

I bought Helios Type 69 Native Plugin on 27 March 2024 for the second iLok.

I bought it a second time. But it is not showing a second license. I am facing the same problem.

I attached an iLok screenshot with the invoice.

I have another double plugin which works properly with both iLok. Please fix it as quickly as possible.

Amazon Canada - Scam questions

I ordered from a site on Facebook said it was amazon. I ordered 2 things same day but different times.

The site was Identical, do your site in less. It wasn't your site but I can't seem to get any answers on anybody. The phone number that is on the site doesn't work.

I noticed after words that is the United States. I hope that's not a problem for shipping to Canada.

But if it is, the probably should not have taken my money. Can you let me know if this is possible?

And if I should expect my items. Because it wouldn't let me shine in it. Said I had to buy as a guest.

March last week I put my vehicle for service .

They call me your vehicle service is finished you can come take the vehicle after the service charges paid. I do the same and wait for 30 mins.

They didn't wash the vehicle till that time . When I enquire they put some water and bring to me.

Service manager behaviour was so bad and giving silly explanation.

The same day I reviewed 1 for the service and they asked me to bring again and will do finish the washing properly.

Today they did same to me and giving silly explanation like their waterwash machine nose complaint.

They even took the dust cloth which I kept in vehicle.

Put water inside tank cover.

Very pathetic experience happened.

Visionworks - Incompetence and Rude Team at Erie Blvd Location

The new virtual appointments and testing were awesome, however I believed corporate skipped onboarding and orientation for the team at this location . Gossiping and arguing with and about customers instead of displaying conflict resolution or problem solving skills.

My poor mother had to witness a horse and pony show where it took 30 minutes to acknowledge her insurance. Instead they argued her vision insurance ID was incorrect, even after I called the carrier. Incompetence, unprofessional, and overall a horrible experience. It wasn't worth the agony.

In addition, the manager Kimberly lied and said she faxed a referral to an ophthalmologist for my mom. I called and the ophthalmologist intake coordinator for my mother claims she never received a patient referral from Visionworks. I called Kimberly ( manager) who said, "It should of went through). I asked if she could resend it.

She laughed, placed me on hold, returned laughing and replied, You're all set". To date the referral haven't been received. I will never use this location again.

Visionworks has gone downhill in the quality of eyewear and customer service department . Erie Blvd in Syracuse need an all staff makeover.

Careem - Two Drivers Never Showed Up and Still Charged Fees

Careem representatives unduly charged me 2 fees for 2 drivers - one driver canceled because he could not find my place, the other had to be cancelled because he took too long and was in the wrong area, and consistently said he was at the area, even though I was standing outside waiting on him. A week later my friend experienced the same.

No matter what proofs you have, Careen will not listen. It is saddening, disrespectful, and offensive experience, and a waste of money, unnecessarily, no matter how small the amount.

I have no doubt that my truth will be revealed. It is a matter of time.

Unfortunately, I have to pay the fee because Careem is, I believe the only, perhaps reasonably priced, taxi service in Kuwait, which is fortunate, but this does not give me pleasure to use Careem: Not at all.

So I go to Walmart and purchase a Google Play store gift card for $100. Everything went smooth until I scratched the card you get the code key and noticed 2 digits were missing.

I talked to Google 1st because it's there card. They kicked off the excuses "your card is faulty and you should speak with store mgr." They tell me I needed okay third party and they don't have that information on file. The card also did not have the serial number fully at the bottom when Google tried to look up the info. Oh and yes you guessed it then send me back to Walmart in Walmart sales they don't have the information in their systems so I got sent back to Google.

Google tell me since the card is affected Walmart should have the rest of the serial numbers talking to Walmart they call me they don't do refunds or have any cards information on Friday but they would help me find them right channels. That's $100 that they just can't tell me what actions to take in order to retrieve it.

I can't imagine how many people just left their money and where would it go? That's just wrong on so many levels.

RUN AWAY, NOW!! Run as fast and far as possible. I can not tell you the ways this company has made my daughter (16) life a living *** in the last two weeks. She do the course, paid $30 for overnight shipping and theres where it all started.

First, overnight shipping took 3 days.

Second, the form they sent is useless to the DMV because it does not have the control no. The one thing the DMV needs! On Monday after HOURS on hold my husband finally got someone. They promised they would overnight a corrected form. LIES. Still nothing. They are no longer responding to email, chat, hours of wait on the phone, Facebook messenger and even a review on BBB. Four straight days of trying to get someone to answer anything. Nothing.

For the love of your sanity and your teens emotional health go anywhere else but here.

They still owe her a corrected for! *** At this point they owe her $30 for overnight shipping, too.

Instagram is the most unethical platform to date operating under the guise of content sharing when infact what they actually are is a platform that reels in kids and adults alike into addictive content whether that be non censensual shares, nudity, abusive or harrassing posts; if they get the views. No reporting system that looks into what the actual issue is or is willing to enforce their laid out prosepctive guidelines. No messaging, call or chat system to get in touch for life shattering issues with posts nor any means of realistic contact with the company or its parent meta.

The platform has destroyed our life n it will many more.Thank u Zuck for making a set of platforms that earn u 100s of billions per year yet dont have a single person listening to appeals of genuine concerns, life shattering implications.

Kia Motors - Customer neglect.

On 3/6/24 driving home in the pouring rain, the windshield wipers on my 2022 Kia Sorento stopped working. I was terrified on the rest of my ride home because I had 0 visibility, but thankfully I made it home safe.

The following morning I contacted my healey kia dealership in Newburgh NY and was told to bring in the vehicle (no one cared that it was still raining and my windshield wipers were nothing more than decoration). After sitting there for about 4 hours, I was told they could not figure out the problem and that I need a new windshield wiper motor. After 3 weeks, I am getting the run around from the dealership and Kia customer care. I keep getting told my windshield wiper motor is back ordered, not in the country, and no one knows when it will arrive.

At no point has anyone offered a loaner vehicle, a solution, or even sympathy to my situation. However, everyone mentions that due to the unsafe situation, my case is being escalated. How many times can this be escalated until someone repairs my vehicle? Since 3/6, it has rained ALOT in New York causing me to be unable to drive my vehicle.

I pay $700+/month for this vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it. This issue has by far been the worst and is a SAFETY concern. I am a CUSTOMER, a part of the Kia family as healey Kia states. WHEN WILL I BE HELPED AND BE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER?

And most importantly, WHEN WILL YOU MAKE ME SAFE AGAIN??? I will NEVER purchase another Kia in my lifetime and I will also ensure no one I know ever does either. Ps tell the woman I spoke to today in Kia customer care that I waited for her to contact me all day and she never did.

Great customer service!!! Give her a trophy.
