Avalanche Cane Corso - Terrific Kennel

Me and my husband searched for a reputable Cane Corso breeder and I met Kim through my brother in law's ex girl friend as their kennel came highly recommended.

After talking with Kim and Lee, they were very knowledgeable about the breed and answered all my questions. I told them I wanted to raise my own Corsos and they were sure to make sure I studied the breed as this breed is not an easy breed to raise.

They are not for first time owners.

It was then that they made sure that the right puppy fit our expectations for our family and what I mean by expectations is whether you want a high energy Corso or a low energy Corso or do you want a Corso just to guard out in the yard or a family Corso. Each dog has their own personality.

Lee called us up and said he had 2 to choose from and we made a trip to SC to pick up Benelli.

Here we are a year later and Benelli is by far the most amazing dog we have ever owned. She weighs in at 125 lbs and is solid dog.

She has no health problems genetically and is intelligent.

You cannot please everyone out there so do not let negative reviews take away from this kennel. Lee and Kim know their dogs and they have an amazing kennel and well raised dogs!

Didn't know that I needed to report for my renewal for EBT so once I went to gateway and I noticed that I needed to do it I was doing it but the system was not allowing me to answer the questions that I needed to answer but I sent and I spoke to the defax customer service and I let them know that I did do the periodical report but come to find out it wasn't completed so I went back in Monday and I completed the whole periodical report I also uploaded my award letter and as well as my son's award letter and the lady told me through a email that was sent to me that what size finish that periodic report and upload my proof of income that my stamps will be on my card well this has going on to be like almost 3 weeks I mean not 3 weeks 2 weeks and I still don't have my stamps on my card all I have on my card is 3 cents and I can't feed my boys with 3 cents thank you and I appreciate that I was able to call you all and now I can explain to you all what was going on thank you

I got up to $105 and asked to cash out and all they gave me was $32 because they take the bonus out and whatever and they kept the rest I got $32 and they got $73 I cashed out less than I deposited.

Then they told me that if you make 2 deposits the first one gets forfeited and your winnings are based of the last deposit not what you deposited all together. they didnt mention any of that part till after the fact and when I said this they said sorry for the misunderstanding and I lost $73

Via Benefits is the worst nightmare Ive ever encountered. I worked 30 years for Kraft/Nestle Pizza division and they decided to put our money for retirement insurance into an HSA to save them money.

Via benefits attached a wrong phone number to my wifes account and now I cant reset password or access her money in retirement. They stonewall you at every turn.

We need to organize a class action lawsuit to get our money because theyll just hold it any way they can. Ive spent several hours on phone with them and get promised a return call or email to rectify issues but they call the number they put on there that isnt ours and dont give us ways of changing an old phone number to reset our account to access it.

Trying to reach YouTube TV human... I have not had Morning Joe this week mmlast day available was Mar.

25th. I only get directed to just snswer, a scamming service that offers answers for a $1 refundable fee (!) and then you will see a recurring $55 MONTHLY FEE! Shane on YouTube for no customer service. A really good alternative to cable...but following Comcast model of raising fees and no customer service.

Very disappointing. I also recall YouTube ads encouraging users to make requests for additional channels - why no C-span? But no opportunity to even make a request. And ..now I am paying almost as much as I paid for Comcast before I switched to YouTube.tv.

we are all simply the ATMS of these massive greedy companies that have no concern for customers. Wish I had the ability to withdraw from my tv addiction and end my subscription but oxycodone YouTube/Google got me.

MyPrepaidCenter - Twice monthly fee

I received a card a year and a half ago from participating in my company Wellness program $296.00, I was saving it for a trip we were taking. When I went to use it, it was blocked they said for fraud, when I called, they sent me a new one, only to show it was only worth $81.00, when I checked it showed you were taking a fee twice monthly for non use.

I totally do not think this is fair, I earned this money and you should not be able to take it away. I want to know how I get a card with my $296.00 back. I never saw anything about taking a fee, but I am sure you hide it in the small print. Please advise how I get my money back.

I am sure the new one I received is useless because you probably took 2 monthly fees from that one also. Please advise.

Veyo - Complaint about my driver

So first, no matter how many times I told him over the phone the name of the place I was at (ferenius dialysis clinic) he then asked if it was an apartment complex? he still couldn't find it.

Then when he finally did find it, I use a walker and have requested door to door pick up, he didn't assist me AT ALL! And he has a newer car that doesn't open up the regular way so I asked him how to open the door, he completely ignored me!! when we got to my home, there's a slope to pull into the driveway and only one black car in the entire parking lot. I asked him to pull behind the black car as I can't get over that slope.

He was all dramatic and asked what black car, we were literally right behind the black car, my roommates black car!! He was rude and unprofessional and I refuse to ride with that guy ever again!! If his name comes up as my driver I will refuse that ride! I'm disabled and have enough challenges in my life I don't need more!

I didn't deserve that disrespect and rudeness! Not at all!!

Scooters Coffee - Never heard from customer service

I was using the app to order coffee ahead. I logged into my Scooter's account and put in the order.

However, when I tried to send the order, it said that my payment did not work and to try again. I thought it was just a fluke, so I did it again, the same message popped up. I thought, "I'll try it in ten minutes, and maybe it will work." I did the same thing and got the same result both times I tried. After the fourth time, I went to look at my bank account and I had been charged four times!

I ended up just ordering at the window.

When I got up to the window, I asked the worker inside if they had gotten any mobile orders from me, and she said they hadn't.

She told me that they were having app issues and I should call customer service. However, there's no phone number on the website.

I have tried to contact this customer service 4 times in the last 3 weeks and have never heard anything.

I had been playing the game Solitaire Clash successfully for a number of weeks when the app started asking me to verify my ID. I could not resolve the problem or log back on to the app.

When I tried to reload the app as they instructed me to do I would just get ads. The site would not reload.
I contacted their customer assistance email and nothing they suggested worked.

I asked them to transfer my available money to the PayPal account I had linked with their game and they said they were unable to do it. In the past I had no trouble transferring money into and out of the account using PayPal.
When I repeat my request I receive a message asking how they can help.
I tried calling the phone number they have listed online under customer service but I only got an answering machine.

Uber's customer service is abysmal. How, pray tell, is one supposed to log in to an Uber account to report a missing phone when Uber's only means of security is a weak "please enter the security code sent to your phone"

While Uber does have a slightly better track record over Lyft when it comes to screening out m*rder*rs, r*pists and p*dophiles-- year over year Uber certainly continues to excel when it comes to hiring ex cons. This usually would be a positive (all for criminal reform) except...well, I'll just state the obvious.

Viajero Rent A Car - Unhappy, waste of money

!!PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING VIAJERO:

After over 15 years my family and I decided to go to Philippines for a vacation on December. We were all excited!!

Ive booked a car from viajero august 2023 before our trip.

Fully paid rental for 2 weeks. I received the confirmation and 1 week before our trip Ive asked and confirmed reservation.

We arrived in Manila at 530 am on december 23rd, 2023. Arrangement from viajero was for them to pick us up in the airport at 8am since their offcie opens at 8. I called viajero at 7:50 am to confirm the pick up and nobody answered.

Understandable coz their office opens at 8.

8am, no phone call and no sign of viajero thats supposed to be picking us up fr the airport.

After 8am i called, stll no answer. I texted the number as i noticed there's another cellphone number on the papers I received from them.

After few mins, after 8am someone texted back. Asking for confirmation/booking number. I finally called the number and spoke to cecile.

OMG she said she apologize that there will be no car for us that day.

I said i didnt get any communication to give us a heads up before arrival. She said theres no contact number. I told her, okay if you cant call my number as it will be oversease, theres email address there. Thats also one way of "communicating" with your clients!!!

So there we qre outside the airport, nobody to puck us up, no relative in manila, no car!!!

That was december 23rd. I have to drive 12 hrs to my hometown to make sure i get there before christmas Eve!!! She said she would provide a full refund. I insisted for them to find us alternative option as we cannot find a taxi or uber that can drive us 12 hrs same day to get to wher we need to be!

Does she really think we can find something same day especially its christmas week??!! Everything will be book! I asked her to pick us up from the airport and we could talk at their office in person, she puts me on hold and said she will look for alternative.

Finally after a long wait on the phone, she got back to me and said there will be another car from different car rental company they can provide. I still ask her to pick us up from the aiport as promised and deop us off to the other car rental company.

They did.

Refund wont be processes right away, so we paid the rental free to the 2nd car rental company. I feel like ive paid double. Refund was pending at that time.

experience from VIAJERO WAS THE WORST!

they use ur money for those few mos when you book ahead of time. Then when it comes rental day, sorry no car.

REALLY??!!! worst experience ever!

So if youre booking a car and you see VIAJERO, STAY AWAY. I promise.

This will save you a headache! NEVERRRR BOOOOOKK from them.Or if you book through holiday cars, avis, etc and you see that car is provided by VIAJERO,

Duolingo - Doesn't work

The site has said for several days that it is on a maintenance break. Nothing works.

I have a paid family subscription, and the rest of my family has no problems. I reinstalled the app, but needed to reset the password. I get a message that an unknown error has occurred. I called Duolingo, but the voice message directed me to their website.

I have left three messages on their website already, all receiving the automated response that I should not expect the problem to be resolved immediately.

I guess I can kiss goodbye my 1575 day streak. This has been going on for days now, and I am very dissatisfied.

That us being a single income family due to a disabled family member, and being unable to get a loan on our house cause one was fresh in a job and no built up equity after having to sell the rebuild house fire house because of estate purposes, that it was a guarantee.

However, when the IRS started asking for information that we already gave the company, and they were asking for it again, we refused to give it again. They told the IRS that we refused to give them paperwork, and screwed the whole offer in compromise.

We paid almost $2000 and they did nothing but mishandle a task and paperwork. Don't trust these people.

Long John Silvers - Crazy-Bizarre Experience

I had the most bizarre experience in my life last night. I pulled up to the drive-thru and they took my order.

I was instructed to pull around the building to the double doors (the main entrance) and she would bring out my food. I pulled around and there were 2 other vehicles in front of me. I waited approximately 15 minutes and was starting to get really freaked out. What was going on?

I was not told there would be a wait. More time passed and 2 other cars pulled in behind me. At this time there are now a total of 5 cars. I was about to count my loss and leave thinking something must be going on and even thought of calling the police thinking maybe the employees were in trouble.

After a total of 20 minutes I woman came out and proceeded to bring 4, YES 4 of the lined cars a bag and handed it to each of us. The very last car remained. I had asked for tarter sauce and there wasnt any so I asked the young lady if I could get some. She list a cigarette and instructed me to go back around to the drive-thru window.

I got home and my food was burnt.

Worst Long Johns meal I have ever had.

I dont know what the situation was but Im telling you it was completely NUTS. I just thought you should know about this.

Toyota - Poor treatment!

Showed up at my scheduled appointment time for tires and oil change. The tires werent here!

I showed my saved photo of time, tires etc. and was basically called a liar stating I ordered them from a different location although it stated Toyota of Gastonia! I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location and my brother 2 purchased here.

I requested a free oil change for my wasted time and their error and manager argued why should he. I stated as a loyal customer and wasting 2 hours of my time, he reluctantly said he would do oil change.

I felt like a criminal at my visit today and am not happy with Toyota of Gastonia for their errors not mine!

My parcel has still not been delivered since placing my order around the 13th of March.

Next week it will be 19/20 business days and counting, since ordering.

I alerted Shein since the start of my order, that if Buffalo Logistics Cape Town, deliver on or before 20th of March, they deliver to my usual work adress, Westcliff School of Skills corner of Bill Bezuidenhout and Old Paarl Rd Bellville 7530, BUT if on or after 20th March it need be delivered to my home adress, 142 Tennyson street Zoo Park Kraaifontein 7570, because I'm on leave.

One never gets clear communication from either side that they received this and note it.

Almost daily I contacted both Shein in China on their email address, which I now find out is full so messages bounces, or Buffalo CT, on a variety of platforms.

At Buffalo you get an answering service. Nobody calls back.

They give you a variety of WhatsApp numbers, but All their mailboxes are full, so they cannot receive messages.

They have a website where you can speak to a bot, or a live operator, but they also never get back to you after sending through your query.

I have proof of my call log... Today alone I phoned 12 times unsuccessfully.

If you get through once and you convey your dissatisfaction, the phone is put down in your ear. Happened 3 times.

I had one failed delivery attempt on Monday, 25th March. The delivery was taken to Bellville dispute my informing Shein and Buffalo since placing the order.

I was then told within the next two days.

Yesterday I phoned Buffalo again and Uwasi told me before 17:00 yesterday at the latest.

Before 16:00 I phoned again and was told by a female this time NOT Wednesday, but only in the following week.

I was mad over phoning around, being lied to, etc.

Today the 28th March @ 09:31, I received an email from Sheins no reply email that a failed attempt was made to deliver to KRAAIFONTEIN due to change of adress.

My home security cameras show clearly NO DELIVERY made to my home and so does my neighbour's cameras.

No phone call sent.

My adress IS 142 Tennyson street Zoo Park Kraaifontein 7570. There was no change.

There was also a Buffalo courier in Kraaifontein this morning. We spoke to him and have him on camera footage, vehicle registration everything, but he said my parcel is not there, ONLY next week.

Here Buffalo was lying again. They also say no member oc the Public may collect their own parcel at their depot.

Company policy - no reasons given since the beginning of this year. They may not disclose their physical adress. Is it a secret.

The new reason for not delivering until next week was that after Mondays failed attempt, the label had to be reprinted with the new adress. Does this take another 3/4 days?!

The operator told me now it's within 24-48 business hours. I asked give me a time frame, she told me Takealot can't give me one, so how can Buffalo.

We'll my husband imports and die business with Takealot, Fastway, Courier Guy and more and YES, Takealot gives him an almost exact time and they are flexible too.

Not like Buffalo who tell you between 08:00 and 17:00?!

I am livid and have never receive such poor service delivery like here.

I send negative reviews on Hello Peter, Facebook and contacted ICASA as well as the Consumer Protector.

I'm busy with Carte Blanche as well.

This is absolutely shocking.

This order, my 3rd,was very important because it is for our Airbnb. Now it is late and I vdont even know if it is not damaged or incomplete.

Social media and Hello Peter has 2100 negative reviews for this courier company.

It has a 1.7% trust index!

How can Shein still use them? No service delivery

Dear Ola Customer Support,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent Ola cab ride from Noida to Gurugram on 26 March with booking ID CRN-817700**** .

During the trip, the driver insisted I pay an additional Rs. 150 for the toll tax, even after I clarified that it was already included in the fare.

Due to time constraints, I was forced to pay him the extra amount via UPI.

Furthermore, I have been informed by locals that the driver returned searching for me, claiming I hadn't paid the toll. This is not only inconvenient but also puts my safety at risk. I have proof of the Rs.

150 toll payment in my UPI history, which I can provide upon request.

I request a full refund of the extra Rs.150 I was unfairly charged. Additionally, I urge you to take appropriate action against the driver for his unprofessional conduct.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to escalate this issue to the consumer court.

User's recommendation: NEVER pay extra, everything is covered in the bill. Had it not been for the time constraint I would've cancelled the ride immediately.
