I have screenshots,yet even asking for assistance with modo, I still get the same results. This has been going on now for months. Is there anyone that can help me fix this?

I bought a laptop proline at Takealot it was delivered last Friday, I came back from work opened the package took out the laptop n opened it.i was not happy with the size , is too small compared to the money I paid . And I have one same size for my son bought it R3000 last year , seeing the price online for R4100 I assume it's bigger than the one for my son , hence I ordered only to find out it's small.
I read their return policy and logged a return ticket immediately. The package was not damaged, the laptop was not used or damaged , everything was still in order as it was delivered, Im surprised why my credit was declined. I am not happy with the product I can not keep something I won't use or not satisfied with.
The product was collected I need my cash refund. I stated the reason that it's the size I'm not happy about.

Upon arriving for my rental ("Manager's Special"), the attendant took my credit card and ID for a rental that I reserved, checked in via text the day prior, ALL at $169... He ('Jay' at Portland Airport) handed me back my card and a receipt for $536. I ADDED NOTHING... He said the online reservation (THROUGH Thrifty Car Rental 's website, NO THIRD PARTY) was "just an estimate"...
So, my car went from $169 to $536??? Yup! BUYER BEWARE!!! When I questioned Jay, he became so upset, he ripped my receipt out of my hand, told me he is refusing to rent to me, and now three days later, they still have a hold on my card.
Refused to let me speak to a manager, refused to tell me a manager's name, took my name and number and said they would call me...
NOTHING. This company is nothing but CROOKS!

He did reach out to us regarding this but we did not expose or involve ourselves with him. He wrote a public review about it on this website, exposing himself and his own issues and wanting to involve our law firm with it when we have nothing to do with anyone's personal life and preferences. The entire complaint does not even involve a business service, just a diary entry about personal struggles.
We have tried to stay clear of this stalker but he informed us he is adamant about keeping this review up regarding his sexuality and mental health issues and intertwining our law firm with these issues. Since he refused to comply privately, we now have to reply and address these uncomfortable issues publicly to this post he made about himself on the internet.
He needs to contact the correct business or mental hospital to address his suicide threats that he decided to discuss here involving our law firm.

Greetings, upon entering T.S. in Transit Ste 600 a worker had obviously spilled part of my smoothie(there was a spill on the floor) and she proceeded to try and wipe it off and put a lid on it (bcuz she forget the lid...her words to fellow coworker)...i politely asked for a new smoothie...both workers looked confused...i asked again...for a fresh smoothie because its obvious that it had been droped.
I did get the remake but before leaving the manager (i guess) asked "did she say why she wanted a new one"...BECAUSE YOURE TRYING TO SERVE ME A SMOOTHIE THAT HAD BEEN DROPPED BECSUSE IT DIDNT HAVE A LID.
I frequent TS very often and i dont complain about much however i thought it wouldnt be a "question" as to a customer requesting a remake of something a employee had dropped.

I would like to request for full refund. Ashwin advised us that the visa conversion once you reached Australia is 482.
Hence, we signed up, and went on with the process. After paying in full amount of 18,000 AED, we learned about crucial information that Ashwin did not tell us and hid us to stop us from doubting and to proceed with the application:
1. He lied to us saying the visa will be converted from sc 600 to sc 482. Sc 500 was NEVER mentioned.
NEVER an option because I told him that I don't want sc 500.
2. He never advised us about the additional fees / costs even after asking him numerous times for us to budget and plan our finances. We only learned about the 6000 AUD that we need to pay upon arrival to Australia when it was mentioned by Mr. Abishek on 07Aug2023 during our zoom meeting.

Ashwin never told us about the SHARED ACCOMMODATION. Mr. Abishek called for a zoom meeting on 07Aug2023 to tell us that it's no longer allowed hence, they don't recommend bringing a family, which is another NEW information as Ashwin clearly stated that we are paying for a family application THAT'S WHY WE SIGNED UP. Still during this meeting, SC500 was NEVER mentioned

We asked for an email summarizing the changes they mentioned during the meeting. They promised they will send, but NOTHING was received.
5. 08Aug2023, Ashwin then now sent a VM saying "you will be converted to sc482 OR sc500"??? which made us furious because we felt that he intentionally hid this crucial information from us until we paid in full.

There was no proper orientation with Ashwin. Whenever asked, he would say, trust the process. the processing team will explain to you...
I cannot proceed with sc500. I cannot leave my husband and my son here in Jeddah.
I cannot afford to bring both of them with me as the insurance is minimum of 17000 AUD. Even if I go alone, I wouldnt be able to save that much in 2yrs. Specially if I will be paying a tuition fee.
I DEMAND FOR A FULL REFUND. PLEASE HONOR YOUR REFUND POLICY IN YOUR WEBSITE.
CONTRACT IS CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID AS ASHWIN LIED TO US FROM THE START THAT RESULTED FOR US TO PROCEED.
I paid you 18000 AED. I never thought that it would be sc500 and I cannot afford to continue with the process. So what are you gonna do for me?
I paid you and I am not capable of continuing financially which I know from the start that's why i never planned applying for student visa.
Please refund me in full honoring your refund policy.
I would appreciate if I can talk to someone who can decide on the refund.

I tried calling to resolve this issue and the representative told me I was in contact with someone on the site which is completely untrue.
I then saw $320 in $16 pet charge. I never even used the site on the dates my bank statements showed charges. I canceled the site within two weeks of signing up. Bottom line Dating.com stole $320 dollars from me.
Now I am having to close my account and open new account at different bank. Oh by the way chase bank has gone down hill in the last year. They dont care if someone like Dating.com stole money from your account without your authorization.
BEWARE OF DATING.COM AND CHASE BANK. They are both thieves!!!

First off 4 month ago I visited the Marion IL location at 5 am well there was no lights on even know your website send open at 4:00 so I said in the parking lot till 5:45 to wait for the lights to be turned on never did so I pulled to the drive-thru by gentleman come on took my order I pulled to the window and I told him I'd been sitting there since 5:00 but didn't think they was open cuz there was no lights on and at that time he then turn the lights on wasn't very friendly that was 4 months ago now today I get there 5:25 a.m. I wanted to order a biscuit and gravy combo same gentleman proceeded to tell me they couldn't make hash browns because they're fryers was down right there it would be another 10 minutes or so and your light chain on at this time either I told the gentleman well I'll just wait I'll drive around and I'll come back so I did I went to the other end of town come back I pull up gentleman same gentleman comes on the speaker I tell him I was the one that was just there who got told that they couldn't make potatoes right then are your fries ready to go now yes sir so I then ordered the biscuit and gravy combos like I wanted I get to the window get my food drive off make it to the stoplights at the other side of town I have no potatoes in my biscuit and gravy combo I guess it was a biscuits and gravy platter you gave me but I mean don't make no sense to me either I wouldn't have left at 5:26 this morning because the fryers were down if I didn't want potatoes try to go back pull back through order potatoes that cost me $9 I get home the potatoes or nasty because he had heated up his grace too hot and drop Frozen potatoes with him I've been a cook for a lot of years but I think you all need to get on your manager up here because that's who it is because this is a daily thing like train on and I ain't doing no work I'm very unhappy and I I want something done and manager does not give receipts both times I was through the drive-thru I use the debit card I can give you the debit card number

Fastway Couriers Ireland - Worst Trash Service On Earth

After a massive delay and the garbage courier your company uses in Ireland ('Fast'way) losing my order for a week (and making no attempt to contact me), then trying to blame me: I complained about their terrible service, and they told me to go to their warehouse (which is in the middle of nowhere) to collect the order, and they won't deliver it because I was apparently 'disrespectful' for complaining about the terrible service.
They literally told me they have my goods, but refuse to deliver it because I complained about them being incompetent. I ordered *over two weeks ago*, and have had massive problems.
I order from China using other couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with all the same information, and reliably get my goods delivered from the other side of the world in less than a week.
Most unprofessional fools I ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
This company is trash and needs to go away. They literally cannot do the only job the company exists to do.

their delivery guy came - opened the box to check and wlaked away while doing this!
Noon have sent the watch back and saying it has not passed quality check or nonsense along this line!
They are refusing to take back a product which is in the same condition it was received - if there was a "this is not refundable" sign i would never have bought the damn thing! Spoken to 3 or 4 agents and none of them can explain why they will not take the product back! - The Watch is as arrived - the bracelet protectors are still on it!

DX Delivery - This service doesn't even merit 1 star
I ordered something from Ebay. AThe driver arrived whilst I was in the garden so I couldn't get to him within the short time he was at my door.
I have a ring doorbell and I witnessed him putting the items on my doorstep, taking a picture and taking the items away with him. I could only see to the end of my path so I could not fully see what he did with them but he appeared to go back to his van. I delivery note was left with nothing on it. I contacted Ebay to discover that it had been delivered to a neighbour therefore I had to cart 40kg of seeds back to my house.
I also contacted DX Delivery who failed to respond. I'd say that overall I received pretty poor service.

I wish I could give a Zero Star.
I booked an express service ( Next day delivery ) to deliver a hearing aid to my mother. I was following the shipment tracking but it never left the origin for more than two days.
I was not informed about the delay either by phone or message. After three days I found a mail in my inbox asking for my ID and invoice which I had already uploaded during the booking.
I tried calling to discuss but could not get any contact number.
I tried customer support chat but they replied after 5 hrs.
This message I got after 5 hrs.
We would like to apologize for the delay in delivering your shipment.
We appreciate your relationship with Aramex and apologize for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused. Be sure that we have escalated this delay to the concerned team the follow-up will be done from their side.
Meanwhile all this time my mother in another country as she is travelling, couldnt hear any thing and all along crying.
So, I really dont know how to vent out my frustration and helplessness.

I keep getting messages as well as emails from your end that my order will be delivered today (this has happened twice) but not once have I received the order.
Your delivery partners never contact me and the reason I get for the order not being delivered is that the customer refused to accept the order.
How am I to refuse it, when I am not even contacted for the same.
I will not be accepting the order now, even if it is delivered. Kindly cancel my order and initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

I have placed an order id: 182211****576064 on 10th March 2024 from Daraz Mobile App and paid PKR. 21,718/- through my Standard Chartered credit card on 10-03-24.
I have informed by Daraz that my order will deliver on 18th March 2024 but it's doesn't deliver on that day and then i got another message from Daraz that your delivery attempt unsuccessful however no one from Daraz or delivery team contact me in this regard.
I have waited for next whole day but no one contacted me.
So I tried to contact daraz help to report this issue but failed to register any complain. I have sent email to Pissed customer so i got another ETA of 26th March 2024 but i faced the same experience as earlier.
I tried to contact on helpline no: 11173**** its says that this no is not in use.
Being a Daraz Customer, I reserve the right to ask you guys, if you guys can't provide a quality support then cancel my order and return my money back or provide me the answer to below mentioned queries.
